The windshield is an integral part of the structure and safety of your vehicle. Windshield Repairs:

If a stone chip has marred your windshield, bring your vehicle to Boyd Autobody & Glass. We'll assess the chip and recommend the best course of action. A repair is best in situations where:

• The damage is recent
• The point of impact is small
• The cracks around the damaged area are minimal
• There is no moisture or other foreign matter in the damaged area
• The damage is not in the driver's direct line of vision

In some cases, we can use special adhesives to fill the chip and restore the windshield. In other cases, a windshield replacement may be required. If you're not satisfied with the finished chip repair, or the chip repair fails to stop the break, we'll credit the cost of the chip repair towards a new windshield installed at one of our locations.
