I went to Boyd thinking Ill show my truck, they'll get back to me and thought the process would take some time. I was literally in and out within 15 minutes. They provided me with a courtesy car right away which I wasn't expecting. Larry at the front desk was very courteous. He was very quick to give me a timeline on when to expect my truck back and I actually got it back a day earlier than expected. He even went out of his way to help me with some non collision related issues along the way. I would highly recommend this place as they are very courteous and provide excellent care for their customers.

I just wanted to write out some feedback regarding the Boyd Auto body and Glass repair off 16th avenue. Specifically one employee Randy- Back in November my car was hit in a parking lots and my entire passenger side needed repairs. Randy was quick at giving me an estimate on the total cost of fixings and was very vigilant when it came to noticing and taking note of all the damage. February 11th was my repair date, upon arrival they were very friendly (all the employees) and I received good service-I was in and out within 15 minutes to go and get my rental. That same day maybe 4hrs after I had brought my car in I received a prompt call from Randy specifying the work they had began with (removing pannels and what not) He was so kind to notify me of unknown/hidden damages that were there prior to my accident (I had just bought this car and wasn't aware of any previous accidents by previous owner) I had missing bolts and parts that they went on and fixed for me despite it not being covered under my insurance quote. Also Boyd was excellent throughout that entire 10days of having my car. I received three calls from them during that time where they notified me of my car's current status, the following procedures and estimated time for my pick up. This is certainly a place I would recommend to people. I had a great experience with them-They were on the ball, honest workers that do not give you any sort of run around. Randy has been such a helpful employee and I am grateful to have had him as my technician. He helped me in many more ways than just one. :D Thank you for everything!!!!!

Excellent customer service. I do not have one complaint. Everyone was so friendly. My car was there for about 3 weeks because of parts delays. They called me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me updates. I picked up my car today and they did a fantastic job. I am MORE than satisfied with their service.
