I am a little late with my review. I was in in June to have my SUV repaired after a hit and run. The first person I had contact with was Anthony E, he was awesome. Anthony was very kind and explained the process, there was a little confusion and Anthony went out of his way to clear it up. The repairs on My SUV were above and beyond, there was a broken part that had nothing to do with hit and run but was in area being fixed. Anthony and his team repaired it so that it would not be an eyesore.. I would highly recommend Anthony and the team at Boyd Autobody & Glass In Richmond.

I took my 2017 Equinox into Boyd for repairing the right front fender and the service that I received was absolutely incredible. It felt very personal and the staff is warm and friendly. They certainly make you feel comfortable. My sincere THANK YOU to Paolo, the GM, who went above and beyond taking care of me. I could not be happier with both the repairs done on my truck and the wonderful service I experienced. I am definitely going to recommend this shop to others.

It is my first time using Boyd Autobody & Glass (Bridgeport Richmond) for my windshield replacement due to rock chip. The customer service Rep Samantha T. helped my from the beginning. She patiently answered all my questions, claimed insurance on my behlaf and made order of parts. The repair job was done perfectly. On top of that the car is spotlessly clean. Samantha also arranged drop-off and pick-up, so I can be still go to work in the nearby area. Their work and the whole experience make me feel very comfortable and pleasant. I would like to highly recomend the Richmond Bridgeport Boyd shop. Well done!

Someone vandalized my car with inappropriate drawings so I had to make multiple phone calls to book an appointment for an estimate. Luckily, Boyd Autobody in Richmond was able to fit me in within the next 3 days as I didn't have to drive around town with inappropriate drawings on my car. The staff were all really friendly and professional. Jackson was able to wash off the drawings and I got my car back in less than 15mins. Speedy service and reliable! They even gave me a complimentary car wash! Would definitely go back to them if I need anything done to my car.

They repaired my bumper claim within one day. Matthew offered me coffee as I was waiting to pick up my car from Jackson. Anthony explained all the paper work to me and Paola was explaining their life time Guarantee and quality of work while I was waiting. Even their detailed Brandon was exceptional and polished all the work they have done. Definitely recommend all my coworkers and friends to this spectacular location.
