Originally got my driver side window replaced in March which went very well. About a month ago it came loose and wouldn't slide up into the slot properly and brought it to them to look at. They tightened it up in less than 45 minutes free of charge. Awesome service and hassle free.

Alicia is a freaking rockstar!!! Seriously tho I came in and was thinking that my day was gonna be even more stressful after I pulled my bumper off with a curb??????? But Alicia was super helpful and made my life waaaaaaay easier than I thought would be possible in this moment!!! Would highly recommend Boyd auto body!!!!!

Such great service start to finish! After my truck was hit I was able to come in right away and Boyd supplied me with a rental truck under my roadstar coverage with ICBC. The Boyd team was perfect! the staff in the office made the whole ordeal painless, super fast with some good laughs . Boyd will be my go to from now on and I will definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends.

I just had a recent experience using Boyd and i couldn't be happier. Alicia was wonderful to deal with and advised on everything i needed. She took care of the windshield claim for me and everything. My truck was ready when they said it would be, as well is was all detailed and looked brand new. Excellent service and great repair work.

I would have to say that I am very impressed with the service at Boyd. When I called them to get my car repaired in December (which is one of the busiest times) they were quick to get me an appointment as they knew I wanted my car fixed before the New Year. Not only did Boyd get me in quick, when I showed up at 9:00 a.m. to drop my car off they already had my courtesy car there waiting for me so I could get to work on time. The receptionist was helpful as well as my Estimator Alicia. I had some concerns with my damage as my car was hit on my back door side where my little ones sit. Alicia and the body man (Paul I think) allowed me to show them where all the damage was and where my main concerns were. They both assured me it would all be fixed. When I picked up my car it was so shiny and clean (the inside too) and every worry I had was ... gone. It looked brand new. I am so impressed with the repair and service I received. If I could leave 10 stars, I would! My vehicle got broken into and one call to Boyd was all it took to repair my vehicle. I would like to say thank you to all the friendly office staff that were more then happy to answer any & all questions I had. My vehicle looks great, (probably even better than before!) Before I left with my shiny new (looked brand new at least) ride, they were happy to go through the repair estimate line by line to show me exactly what was done. Great job to the attention to detail the detailer had! Thank you so much! I will always recommend anyone who needs repair work done to "Bring it to Boyd!"

Excellent service from start to finish. Was kept informed every step of the way. Went for n for what was thought to be just a front bumper repair. Turned out there was a thin crack. Was recommended to replace rather then repair. Was then given choice of after market or Ford. Went with ford. Everything looks great. I would definitely recommend. Thanks guys. Great work????

I just got my car back and they did a beautiful job. I was impressed with the level of care they took for my car...even cleaning it, inside and out, before returning it to me. The staff was wonderful...friendly and welcoming. I hope I won't be needing their services in the future, but I know where to go if I do.
