My 2018 Audi q5 was hit and run and left in a terrible condition. The rear lights were smashed and there was a hole in my tire. Thankfully, BOYD Autobody fixed my car and now it looks brand new! My car was even washed outside and inside. I received service from Bobby and he was very helpful. I am glad I chose BOYD Autobody for my icbc claim.

My car was broken into last week. The passenger rear side glass was shattered. I called into Boyd and spoke to Robin who had me come right in that morning. Robin and Rose took care of everything for me and my vehicle was repaired that same day. I was extremely impressed on how professional they were and I would definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend using Boyd Auto Body and Glass!

I was helped by the GM Robin and he was super professional and had me on my way in no time. Nothing sucks more than waking up to your car getting broken into but when you have a seamless process to get it fixed it makes the day so much easier. They were very accommodating and also helped me schedule an out of province inspection at Granville & Avery to help me do both appointments in one day. When I got my car back, it was clean and looked brand new! I would definitely recommend this shop!

If I could give Rose K. 10 star I would! I was just blown away with the absolute care, friendliness and thoughtful customer service she provided me with. Not only that but it came across so so so genuine. I had a cracked windshield for the first time and wasn't sure how much it was going to cost and how it worked. Rose made it painless and quick. She worked so promptly to order me a new windshield and have it fixed all while I was at work. This is the second time I've come here. The first time was when a light bulb burnt out and the gentelman there fixed it for free! and super quickly. I am ever so grateful for their service and I will ALWAYS recommend them time after time. I left my car in yesterday to get the windows fixed as someone broke into my car at the weekend. I only had basic insurance so I had to cover the cost myself to get them fixed. I dealt with Rose K. at the Marine Drive shop. Honestly, she was amazing. She managed to find glass for me at a much better price than any other shop. She was so pleasant to deal with and made the process so easy. Also, the guys who fixed the window and cleaned up my car did a stellar job. I have to say the customer service and persistence was awesome. The part was not available for some time and Robin/Rose consistently kept me updated. The work was great and really appreciated the empathy they showed for my broken window and theft. Would highly recommend the shop and team again.
