I went to Boyd to get a repair done for a hard plastic side-panel that was about to fall off my Dodge Caravan. The staff performed a quick fix while I waited, and did not charge me anything for the repair. I was quite impressed.

Since I owned my vehicle this was the third time I went to the Scurfield location. And again, I was so happy with the service I received. The staff was friendly and took time to explain details. I am extremely satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. I recommend this location to anyone that needs body work on their vehicle done

The team at this location is amazing! My door handle was very loose and I was worried that it would break off soon, I couldn't take the door panel off so thought it best to bring it in. They fix the handle and no charge! So kind and efficient service, thank you Boyd Autobody!!

The employee responsable for repair estimate and the one who talked to me when I returned the courtesy car and picked up mine are kind and helpful. The fact that I was not hold responsible for the accident I had made the public insurance claim process easier for me. Thanks.

I came into Boyd Autobody on Scurfield on Friday, May 5 to get information about getting my driver side window replaced. I was feeling overwhelmed and upset with the events leading up to coming into Boyd. I dealt with Brian and he made me feel a lot better. He took care of everything and did it in such a friendly manner. He offered to vacuum the glass and put on a piece of plastic until my appt on Monday which really helped put me at ease. Even if this is your policy (to vacuum and put on the plastic), Brian still made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely come back again and recommend your company, specifically this location, to family and friends. On a side note, my husband picked up the vehicle on Monday and dealt with someone named Ed. My husband thought the customer service was excellent as well. Thank you!
