Wow the experience this week has been the best ever in dealing with an Autobody shop Tickles and Yowza have put a lot of miles on our clown cars for 40 years touring BC and Alberta .With as much driving we have done we have used this service a few times Alicia R and Winston make an amazing team highly efficient, great communication From lining up the rental to having the car in and out in 2 days .They detailed the car after the repair hardly recognizable ....gone were the coffee stains and years of confetti I would strongly recommend using this particular Boyd's Autobody 540 John street Victoria Bc Bravo ??????????Tickles the clown

Amazing service. I came in without an appointment and they assessed and fixed the damage within an hour. They didn't even charge me as they said they had the parts. It was the best experience I had with an auto repair service shop. We will be using this shop always

I dropped off my vehicle at Boyd Auto Body, and the friendly, helpful staff made the entire process easy. The rental vehicle was ready when I arrived, and my vehicle was returned within the promised time frame, washed on the outside, and cleaned inside. Great service from start to finish!

I took my vehicle to Boyd Auto Body, and JB and his team were amazing! Not only did they do an incredible job fixing my vehicle, but it was absolutely spotless inside and out when I picked it up. I also didn't realize at the time that I had left some cash in the vehicle. When I picked it up, the cash was still there. That really says a lot about the honesty and integrity of the team.Thank you, JB and the entire team, for the amazing service. I highly recommend Boyd Auto Body! ??????????

The service i got today was amazing. I hit an animal and damaged my car and these people stepped right up, took my car into the shop and brought it out repaired 20 mins later with no charge. Amazing work Boyds auto body. Thank you

I wanted to say I was absolutely blown away by the excellent customer service I received yesterday from Ruth at the front desk and Winston your technician. I tried to put a 5 star review on Google but I am very computer challenged so I hope this expresses how happy I am that they put my side mirror back on so quickly and efficiently. I would recommend your shop to anyone!

I had an unusual problem - a rat had gotten into my car and caused major biohazardous contamination. Even though Boyd doesn't usually deal with this type of problem, the manager knew what to do and made it work for me. They hired a mobile decontamination company to come on site and purge my car, then the fellows in the shop checked for damage to the interior as well as the wiring. It was above and beyond the call of duty. I got my car back earlier than I expected too. Bravo Boyd!!

The front office staff were extremely good....Winston and Ruth. Both of these people were polite and efficient. Even though the glass was some time in arriving, I never felt forgotten.
