I want to give a huge shout out to the Team at the Langford Boyd Auto Body. From the moment I walked into the door for an ICBC repair claim appraisal to return of my repaired vehicle they were Amazing! Clear communication on how the process worked and expected timelines. Cheerfully answering all my questions that I expect they have been asked many times everyday with every claim. When I came back for the repair they advised that it would take up to 2 weeks. They were professional and kind and everything was so easy. The job was done actually a few days earlier than I was quoted and ready on a Thursday. I tried to get there all day on Friday, but could not make it down before closing , and called in a panic just before closing. They quickly assured me it was fine and I could come in on the Monday. No problem. A special thank you to Carla ... and Tamires for exceptional service and support. Listening to my regaling of tales and laughing at my jokes. After a parking mishap - too high curb, too low car - my front bumper was left hanging. I drove to Boyd Autobody in Crowfoot hoping to get an appointment ASAP. Cory, the Estimator, immediately took a look, asked me for my keys, and invited me to have a seat in the waiting room. In less than 15 minutes he returned and said it was fixed. Kiera had reconnected the bumper perfectly. When I asked how much I owed the response was 'No charge'. Unbelievable service! I will be recommending Boyd's in Crowfoot to all my friends and will never go anywhere else myself. Thank-you Cody and Kiera!

I recently had my rear bumper replaced.and I was given a courtesy car and it was completed within two days. That might be an expected timeline, but the staff went way beyond that with some extras that might be small for them, but HUGE to us as seniors! I recommend them ,highly. 20/10! Thanks so much. Drove in just see if it would be a big job to straighten out my bumper. It was out just slightly on one side. Dave came out right away to look at it and said he'll just drive it in and take a quick look. So I waited in the front office, with two wonderful office staff. I waited approx 10 mins and Dave came back and said my vehicle was ready and come take a look. It was like brand new. I want to thank Dave and Trevor for awesome service. It's nice to know there is still wonderful customer service. Also, a shout out to the lady in the front office. She was so friendly. I hope they all enjoyed the carrot cream cheese muffins I dropped off for them. Thanks again. ??

My car had gotten keyed. Brought it to a body shop who told me they would have to repaint 3 panels. Would cost $ 5,000. Thought I'd get a second opinion so I went to Body Autobody. Michael, the manager, got his technician, Danny, to look at it right away. He took it in and within 15 minutes, had buffed out the scratch. Didn't want any money. I was totally floored! Michael and Danny were the friendliest guys. I will definetely go back and any body or glass work. I totally trust them. Thanks Michael and Danny.
