I had backed my vehicle into a post, in snow, and it looked like it was severely scraped. I expected to have to make a claim, etc. I was blown away by the service I received from Suki G., Manmeet S.and Shane C. I was ecstatic when they told me that it was a superficial scrape and that using a cleaning solution they have would clean it up (and it did, you have to look hard to see a rub spot now), and they offered to do it on the spot. I saw how hard they rubbed at the unsightly scraping, it was definitely and effort. I have a half hour lunch and they all worked hard getting this done for me and I was on time getting back to work. It was their idea to do it then and save me from making another trip back. I was initially greeted by Maureen who is professional, attentive, warm, and simply, "wonderful" in dealing with ICBC and in arranging a courtesy vehicle. Tamires, equally as nice, completed the "walk-about" to verify damage. From start to finish, there was excellent communication from Boyd. Repair was completed in the time frame quoted. I was pleasantly surprised they washed my car prior to me driving away as one happy customer.

My vehicle was involved in a hit and run in December, 2025. The inspector was very attentive to the condition of my vehicle and offered to do some touch up paint work (as long as I provided the paint) for previous vandalism that was done to my vehicle. I found the office clerk to be very efficient. Once ICBC had approved the repairs, she called a couple of times to confirm when I would be dropping off the vehicle. The paint job that was done looked great. Overall, a very satisfied customer. I have dealt with Boyd another time in the past and was quite satisfied then and also this last time; however, I would recommend that they emphasize the important information inside the pamphlet that provides information of what to do over the next 30 days to protect the fresh paint on the vehicle.

My passenger window was smashed and Adam B got me in the next day, helped me with the police report and called all over trying to find the glass for my van. I received a courtesy car due to the glass not available till Monday. The receptionist (Melody?) was so calm and understanding and that helped keep me calm because I was very upset. This is my second review and this is the only place I will take my vehicle for any glass or body work. Not only is the customer service great but so it the quality of work that is done on my van. Bonus they washed and cleaned the inside of my van.

100% would be a returned customer I feel they went above and beyond I was not expecting a wipe down and a vacuum of the inside of my vehicle. It took a little bit to get in, but it's expected body shops are busy. Accident happened in June 2025 got fixed January 2026 and that's not even saying anything bad. Great job!!

The paperwork was handled quickly and I was on my way thanks to the partnership with Enterprise. I was called and updated on the progress of the work being done on my vehicle by manager Mike who was terrific throughout the process. It's a pleasure to be served by real pros in an era of lacklustre customer service.
