I recently had to bring my Grand Caravan to have the front end replaced after being backed into by another vehicle . I had taken it to another body shop in town where I received very poor service. They sat on the repair for 6 months and when I called them they said they couldn't repair it. I called Boyd Auto Body in Selkirk and Johnny was so helpful. He told me he would find parts within a week. And he did ! I was so greatfful.They did such a good job. When I went to pick up my vehicle I mentioned not being able to put my back seats up. Johny came out and put them up . Now this is going above and beyond. I also mentioned about my other headlight because I had no brights and he offered to clean them. I was in an accident on February 1,2024. It took Hyundai Canada till June to send in parts. Cathy, and Lori called every week sometimes twice to give me an update as to what was happening and when my parts were coming. Regan and another gentleman did the body work. They made everything barible. They didn't forget about me and they are making sure that the job will be completed. They are definitely a good place to go and give you peace of mind. This was my second time going to Boyd Auto Body Scurfield. The first time was for a stone chip in my windshield, which they fixed, and it's been really good since. This time, I needed some paint work on a scratch. Both times I've gone have been very, very good. The level of customer service is excellent, and the quality of their workmanship is just outstanding overall. They provided me with a loaner car for my most recent visit, which was really convenient. I've had zero issues dealing with them and highly recommend them to anyone. I plan to go there myself for any future work.

In June 2024 I received hail damage to my SUV. Boyd Autobody in North Battleford treated me not only as a customer but like a member of the family. They went above and beyond to ensure that not only my SUV was fixed as quickly, and efficiently as possible but they helped me with travel arrangements and even detailed my SUV for me. How I came to choose this company was from the list of approved SGI places that will fix hail damage. I called a few places but ultimately it was the reviews I reads that helped me decide. Second time I have taken my K-3500 dually truck here...Girls in the office (receptionist and owner I believe) are exceptionally polite and very helpful...Thomas was able to source me a complete front bumper replacement for less than I could have gotten it...damage was on rear drivers side fender due to "hit and run" (ICBC)...after taking my truck in, pictures were taken of damage and submitted...ICBC estimator took EIGHT WEEKS to approve the claim ! (not Boyd`s fault)...Truck was finally in for repair and took longer than expected due to parts arriving etc...after two weeks ICBC rental vehicle I had would not be covered so Boyd`s offered me a courtesy car...while my truck was there the power steering pump decided to expire...(again not Boyd`s fault)..however because it happened on their watch, they offered to pay to have my ... truck towed to a shop of my choice and let me keep the courtesy car for an extra two days as the pump had to be sourced from the mainland ! To sum it all up this Boyd`s location gets five + stars...my rating of ICBC is however not allowed on the internet due to language rules ! read more

Brought my truck to have some screws drilled out. Boyd was the 3rd place I went to, and I wish it was my first. The other 2 places were of no help and one place made the issue even worse. The tech at Boyd worked on my truck for over an hour. Drilled out the broken bolts perfectly. Even washed my truck after. Asked how much I owed for the service and they said nothing. I was blown away. I will definitely go there next time for any autbody or glass repairs and have been recommending to my friends and family. Thank you so much again!!

SGI totaled off my mom's car 2010 Impala. Bought car back from SGI Took it to a couple other places to get fixed. Nobody would touch it. Went to Boyd's Auto Shop. They were so booked up but said they would take on the task. Today I went to pick up mom's car and it set me back to see how awesome a job that they did. Ya I may or not have hugged an employee to show my thanks. But don't tell the wife lol. All in all I would strongly suggest that if anyone ever needs a show room quality work done. My car was sideswiped in a parking lot and the other driver left without leaving any contact information. Needless to say I was extremely upset. After speaking with Jason by phone about the scrapes on the side of my car, he suggested that I stop by and he would take a look. After carefully assessing the damage, he excused himself, came back with an assortment of tools of the trade and fixed it right there in the parking lot !! He was polite, professional and very pleasant as well as extremely skilled. When I asked what the charge was he said "Nothing, it's free". I was blown away by his generosity !! These days it is extremely rare to find such excellent customer service and quality work. I grabbed a bunch of Jason's business cards which I will happily hand out to my friends and now I know where I will be going for bodywork as ... long as I own a car. I word have to say the work on the car was impressive paint was perfect a bit of a problem with the calibration of the cameras on the Subaru with the new windshield replacement but not a deal breaker. The work was done right on time the shop called with details when in shop to let me know of any issues. I would go back to this shop if needed again great friendly staff that are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for your good service and quality workmanship. Highly recommended

My little car recently suffered a hit and run collision in my outdoor parking lot. This tore the bumper off and sadly because no plate number was seen, i was to pay the $500 deductible. Ouch! Darcy, at Boyd in Maple Ridge was very sympathetic, approachable and accommodating! He and his crew and Susan at the front desk were friendly and efficient. Not only was my bumper re-attached but it looked like new. They also washed 3 years of grime off my 22 year old car - so it looked like new as well! This was all done 24 hours after my first meeting with Darcy. AND at a price far below what that $500 deductible was requiring Fabulous service! 6 stars out of 5 .
