Mike and his team gave outstanding service . This was my first accident and it was a stressful situation but from beginning to end the whole team was amazing with their customer service and support. I apologize I can't remember the receptionist s name but she was fantastic- from my first phone call to set up an appointment to the end when I picked up my car. You are an outstanding customer service person! When I dropped off my car for repair they had a courtesy car cleaned and ready for my use . Mike kept me informed of my repair progress and got my car back sooner than expected. When I picked it up Mike walked off the car repair with me and told me him and his technician recognized a very slight gap in my hood and said he has ordered a new latch to make it look perfect. I didn't notice this gap and still don't but I so appreciate their ... attention to detail and customer satisfaction- this is what makes Boyd Auto body so great. I am extremely happy with the service I receive at this location time and time again! This was the third time I have worked with Boyd Maple Ridge for collision repair. Every time, the service is professional, prompt and extremely well done. The operations manager, Darcy goes out of his way to keep you updated on the status and timeline of your vehicle. The work that is done at the shop is unrivaled, and I could not tell where the damage was on my vehicle! If I ever find myself in a position where I need collision repair again, I won't go to anyone else but Boyd!

Outstanding service was top notch, the weekly honest updates about the repairs was certainly appreciated, just knowing the process of the repairs, backordered parts issue etc. Just a total ease of mind for me.
