Car came in with scratches to left side of vehicle for an ICBC claim. The shop polished these 3 panels, it turned out great and only charged me $50.00 for less than an hour to polish. They saved me 250.00! A great friendly service they provided, great job! Thank you!

My Acura 2014 MDX was damaged at the Kelowna Acura Dealership. The MDX was drivable and I live in Abbotsford. They asked where I would like to have the vehicle repaired. Many years ago I had a good experience with Boyd, Abbotsford. I suggested their name the dealership made the arrangements. Monday October 27 Boyd Peardonville were waiting for me. Their friendly professional attitude put me at ease as Neil evaluated the damage and performed the necessary paperwork and informed me the car would be ready four days later and would meet and surpass Acura Standards. I pick the MDX up on Friday and inspected it closely. The repairs and the paint job were fantastic. The loan vehicle was spotless and easy to drive. I would highly recommend your services to anyone who requires it. Your staff were attentive, friendly and professional. My courtesy car clean, full of gas, and easily obtained. And my Jetta never looked better - I actually drove by it on the lot without recognizing it! But I think the cherry on top was when I entered my car only to find it completely vacuumed and cleaned, including the passenger seat which had recently had pulpy juice spilled on it. Above and beyond - thank you!

I scraped my driver's side back bumper again the side of my garage backing in I took it to Boyd this morning, Tony came out to assess the damage. He said the entire bumper my need to be painted but he wanted to try something else first. He came back into the shop where I was waiting and said it was done, he had removed the paint from my garage and the bumper looked great and said "no charge" Of course I was thrilled. I thought he was honest and really sincere about giving excellent customer service.
