I was very pleased with the courteous and immediate service I received from the staff at Boyd Autobody. I was expecting to make an appointment to bring my car in but they checked the problem right away. It was fixed by the technician in a matter of minutes.....they made my day. I will certainly be returning to this location if I need their service in the future. Thanks again to all the staff for the great service.

Jason was very helpful when I had to tow my car to Boyd after getting into a car accident. He explained the process and even contacted me after considering ways to keep costs down to help salvage my vehicle. Unfortunately, my car ended up being a write-off anyways. I stopped by and Jason helped me collect my belongings. I had neglected to take my garage door opener and Jason called me at home again to say he saved it for me. I appreciate all his assistance and would definitely recommend Boyd to my friends.

Excellent customer service and autobody work. Everyone I encountered in the shop was naturally friendly and pleasant. They did a fantastic job of the repair and even detailed my car! I was really pleased with every aspect of this experience - my first in 40 years of driving.

Staff was great and answered all my questons. The main reason I took my car there is that ICBC recommended them for both my windsheild and bumper to be fixed. As well, they were able to provide me with a courtesy car.

Friendliest auto body staff I have ever dealt with. Front desk office manager (female) was funny, knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. All the body shop guys were smiling, full of information and made me feel secure about leaving my car in their care. It was a top notch experience from start to finish. Love them and would go back for anything.

I heard the advertisement on the radio about how Boyd Autobody looks inside the vehicle and under the vehicle when there is an accident to ensure that you are safe and everything is fixed properly. They delivered! Robin contacted ICBC personally to ensure the claim went smoothly. I was taken care of quickly and easily and my car not only works great and looks great, but it feels like it is fixed everywhere it should have been. My car's headlights had deteriorated to the stage where they looked like they were fogged over, as if they had cataracts. I dropped my car off on my way to work, picked it up on my way home. The headlights look great, like brand new and are once again good and bright. Also, thanks for the car wash.
