Purchased a groupon deal to have headlights cleaned and car exterior for 19.99. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Service was great, in and out in 30 min. Will take my other vehicles to this location!

Robin was more than accommodating to my needs. I called the day before I left for a trip and was able to have my car dropped off and the bodywork completed while I was away. Robin gave me a very accurate estimate, and I came home to a perfectly repaired car. I hopefully won't have to any work done on my car in the future, but I will always recommend the shop.

5 *, Service was exceptional. Fast, efficient, pleasant, friendly , reliable! Before I left to take my car in; the office called me to suggest to stay home and they will let me know when one arrives or have to obtain a rental car for me. When I got to the body shop, I was greeted with a rental vehicle. This was Thursday; IL was now advised that my vehicle will be ready on Tuesday. To my surprise I received a call Monday morning saying my vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the shop had arranged to have the rental returned to the agency, the Van was fully washed and cleaned the inside and out, including windows.(windows incl.) I must say I have never received service like this from any body shop or other business. I will not hesitate to recommend you and if I ever require body work done I will be back. Had a GroupOn for a headlight restoration and this is just to say how impressed I was at not only the job done (the headlights look like new again!) but the professional and courteous way I was treated. This was obviously not a big deal for your company but It was done efffiently and right on time .... I'm definately going to tell my family and colleagues about your company .....

I was very impressed with Nikki R. Our contact on the phone and at the front desk. So helpful, cheerful and professional. We also want to compliment the team in the bodywork dept. who did an excellent job. Also too, the person who washed my daughter's car. We have never seen it so clean. It sparkles. Great detail work!

The repairs to my truck were well done. The customer service was excellent. In this digital age of fast first and impersonal contact, Boyd has maintained an old and enduring belief where 'customer is king'. The proof is in their actions. They went out their way to deliver my vehicle back to my residence due to unforeseen circumstances. And did so with class. I highly recommend this business.

This was my first experience taking my car to Boyd and I'm very impressed with their service. They were friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the various options for the repair and suggested I start with the lowest cost option, which is what I did and I was very happy (and relieved!) with the results. My car also was returned to me cleaner inside and out than when I brought it in! I would highly recommend them.
