It would be impossible to overstate my satisfaction with the treatment I received from Robin and his staff! I was introduced to them by my wonderful mechanics of 30 years, Granville & Avery Automotive, so I knew that I could trust them. What I wasn't prepared for was the amazing service they provided. Together we determined what collision repairs were and were not warranted, so that my reliable and beloved car of 23 years could be restored to the road at reasonable cost. Parts were found, repairs completed and the car cleaned up - in fewer than 24 hours, because Robin was determined that I have my car back before the long weekend and expected rainy weather. All done with huge smiles and immense courtesy from everyone. Thank you!!!

I went the location on 12211 Brideport Road in Richmond to get my windshield fixed and was helped by Joseph. The service was quick and efficient and he was very helpful. The repair was done by Bill, he did a great job and i've had no problems ever since. Highly recommend visiting this location for any of your needs!

I have had great service every time that Boyd on John St. has repaired my vehicle. Michelle is very knowledgeable and friendly and explains the process easily every time, she makes you feel like everything will be looked after. The estimator is friendly and informative and the repair is good. Its great that they clean my car inside and out before giving it back to me. Thank you

Thank you to Lawrence M. and all of the team at Boyd Auto Body. You were awesome to deal with on the minor repair of my fleet vehicle. The estimate was conducted quickly and thoroughly, the repairs were completed faster than expected (in two days versus three) And everything looks "good as new". Another big plus was having the Enterprise Rental car on site as well. Thanks again to all!

Robin was more than accommodating to my needs. I called the day before I left for a trip and was able to have my car dropped off and the bodywork completed while I was away. Robin gave me a very accurate estimate, and I came home to a perfectly repaired car. I hopefully won't have to any work done on my car in the future, but I will always recommend the shop.

5 *, Service was exceptional. Fast, efficient, pleasant, friendly , reliable! Before I left to take my car in; the office called me to suggest to stay home and they will let me know when one arrives or have to obtain a rental car for me. When I got to the body shop, I was greeted with a rental vehicle. This was Thursday; IL was now advised that my vehicle will be ready on Tuesday. To my surprise I received a call Monday morning saying my vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the shop had arranged to have the rental returned to the agency, the Van was fully washed and cleaned the inside and out, including windows.(windows incl.) I must say I have never received service like this from any body shop or other business. I will not hesitate to recommend you and if I ever require body work done I will be back.
