Pleasant voice of Michelle on the phone, clear explanations and estimate by Chris S, use of loaner car (with Boyd ad). Very pleased with the repair and paint match and that the repair job took only 5 days instead of the 9 day estimate. I noted that the labour cost was therefor less than estimated.

Amazing...best describes the service and quality of work from Boyd on my 2015 Camaro. Jodie and the crew are meticulous in explaining the claim and work process and the workmanship is great, and they also take the time to detail your vehicle. My car looks new! I highly-recommend Boyd and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thanks

In 2008, a rock was thrown at my car and it hit the top of the passenger side door. A few inches down and it would had hit my wife's head. I had it fixed at Boyd Autobody. Ten years later, 2018, the top coat started to peel off. I called Boyd Autobody to find out what could be done, if the work done 10 years ago was still under warranty and to my surprise, it was. They asked me to take the car in for an inspection and then booked an appointment to get it redone. I am very happy with their customer service and would highly recommend anyone who needs Autobody work. Thanks Boyd Autobody.

The work they have done on my car was just excellent but above and beyond the technical work, all the staff were friendly, efficient and informative. Special praise to Tanya who went out of her way to ensure we got an appropriate rental car for us while the car was repaired. They have done work on our car four times and they have been consistently excelletnt.

Paolo and his team took real good care of me, turning an unpleasant accident into a pleasant customer experience. The first time I was impressed was when they offered to give me a ride home after I dropped off my car. Paolo kept in touch with me over email and phone, sending me continuous updates and helping me navigate the world of insurance, estimated vehicle value and the rest of the process. When I got my car back, it was in better condition than before the accident! They even cleaned the interior and gave it a thorough wash. Very impressed and would definitely come back again.
