The process for repairing my windshield was quick and easy and it was an awesome bonus to pick up a freshly cleaned and vacuumed car. And just like on my last visit, the customer service provided by Rose was exemplary! She immediately makes you feel like you are a valued customer and that she will go the extra mile to look after your vehicle! Both of my visits to Boyd have been for glass repair, as I have a bodyshop that I've previously had good results with, but Rose is so awesome to deal with that I plan to come back the next time I need bodywork repair as well.

I had my bumper replaced on my jetta..The service and repair was all first class. Right from the appraisal to the nice clean loaner car. When I picked up my car it was professionally detailed to almost new condition. There a lot of dealerships that could learn from Boyd's on how to clean a client's car. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend them to everybody

Dali and technician provided excellent service. The appointment process was perfect. The repair looked as new. The return visit for a door adjustment took less then thirty minutes and corrected the problem.Thank you.

I am a little late with my review. I was in in June to have my SUV repaired after a hit and run. The first person I had contact with was Anthony E, he was awesome. Anthony was very kind and explained the process, there was a little confusion and Anthony went out of his way to clear it up. The repairs on My SUV were above and beyond, there was a broken part that had nothing to do with hit and run but was in area being fixed. Anthony and his team repaired it so that it would not be an eyesore.. I would highly recommend Anthony and the team at Boyd Autobody & Glass In Richmond.

Boyd Autobody in New Westminster B.C. did a beautiful job repairing extensive body damage to my 2001 F350 . A tire blowout severly damaged the entire drivers side of the truck box. My thanks to Navin L and Kelton A for their friendly and professional service and also to the skilled Boyd technician who performed the work with true crafsmanship! I am thrilled......my truck looks new again! Thank you so much.......I will definitely recommend Boyd Autobody in New Westminster to everybody!

Very friendly staff. Replaced my windshield within the time-frame they specified and gave the car a wash & vacuum. I was pleased! I hope I don't need to, but I'd certainly return to Boyd Autobody in Victoria.

I took my 2017 Equinox into Boyd for repairing the right front fender and the service that I received was absolutely incredible. It felt very personal and the staff is warm and friendly. They certainly make you feel comfortable. My sincere THANK YOU to Paolo, the GM, who went above and beyond taking care of me. I could not be happier with both the repairs done on my truck and the wonderful service I experienced. I am definitely going to recommend this shop to others.

I had an incredibly traumatic experience with someone coming onto my property and stealing the rear bumper off my new car. As I worked from home at the time, I only had basic insurance. I now need my car for my new job so to say this was inconvenient is putting it lightly. I was panicked and worried about cost. I googled, called around for quotes. Found my way to Dali my estimator. He was professional, honest and kind as I was highly stressed. The quote he gave over the phone was exactly what I paid for the services Boyd provided (barring nothing else popped). My car was ready when they said it would be. Not to mention washed and vacuumed. My car looks perfect and this nightmare is finally over. It is my first time using Boyd Autobody & Glass (Bridgeport Richmond) for my windshield replacement due to rock chip. The customer service Rep Samantha T. helped my from the beginning. She patiently answered all my questions, claimed insurance on my behlaf and made order of parts. The repair job was done perfectly. On top of that the car is spotlessly clean. Samantha also arranged drop-off and pick-up, so I can be still go to work in the nearby area. Their work and the whole experience make me feel very comfortable and pleasant. I would like to highly recomend the Richmond Bridgeport Boyd shop. Well done!
