What can I say .. I may NOT have the RIGHT words for describing Kelly and Paolo who went out of their ways to service my vehicle. Their customer service in dealing with ICBC and keeping informed was second to none. Kelly and Polo were polite, professional, dedicated to providing day-2-day updates and chain of work needed and interactions with ICBC. Afterwards when I went to pick up my car, I actually didn't even recognize the car because they cleaned the outside so nicely, I was stumped. Keep up the good work !! Bob Gill

I brought my car in for repairs after getting into an accident and now she looks as good as new! They were able to match the pearl white colour seamlessly. Edward called every day with updates on the status of my car which gave me reassurance it was being worked on and in good hands.

My 2007 Mercedes B200 was rear-ended and there was both obvious and hidden damage. After repair, it looks like it came straight out of the showroom, just gorgeous. Despite a few hiccups that the guys at Boyd had to deal with, communication was good and the repairs were just perfect.

A Groupon purchase brought me to Boyd Autobody. We had mismatched headlights from some previous front end repair to our vehicle, and I hoped that the headlight service could match them up better without having to replace the older headlight. I was very impressed by the job they did! The staff was so friendly during the short time it took to service my vehicle that I would not hesitate to return to Boyd Autobody and Glass should I need their services. Thank you

Wonderful people to work with especially Edward going out of his way to deliver service on time while providing a courtesy car that met our needs at this time of the year considering driving conditions due to snow and ice that hit Vancouver. Also the quality of repair work met our expectations.

Everyone I interacted with at Boyd was helpful and friendly. My vehicle repair was done more than a day sooner then the estimate and Scott and the team did a pristine job on my van. Extremely fast, friendly and reliable service at the south Granville location. I would not hesitate to visit them again should the need arise. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a quality auto glass shop.

It is December, it is cold, Windshield cracked. The Team at Boyd took my jeep washed the snow off of it, replaced the glass and even vacuumed! Nice job guys

Jas & Ross did a great job for me. Jas picked my vehicle, got the work done and drop off my car. I saved my full work day. I didn't need to go anywhere. They returned my vehicle with complete car wash from inside and outside. Special thanks to Ross. I will highly recommend to come at this location for auto body repair.
