Robin was very helpful and friendly, and showed that he honestly cared about the state of my vehicle. He and his technicians quickly fixed a chip I had (and informed me that I had already had some chips fixed, saving me money) and got me back on the road in a few minutes. I will definitely recommend this particular branch of Boyd to my friends and colleagues due to the excellent service and hospitality that I experienced.

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the great team at the langley Boyd Location. I brought in my truck nearly a year after it was repaired for a collision. The AC has stopped working.Even thought it had worked initially after receiving the repaired vehicle, it was as though it had a slow leak that was not noticed initially. Jason and his squad were quick to arrange an appointment for my repair via E-mail. I was provided with a courtesy car, and the repairs were completed in a timely fashion.I was not charged a dime for this service and was blown away by how easy this warranty work was completed. I have found my autobody shop and will be sure to pass on the positive review to anyone who asks. Thanks Again,

Kris, Jody and the Boyd autobody staff couldn't have been nicer. They completed exemplary repair work in just 2 1/2 working days, to our rear hatch/gate after someone backed into us, which now looks brand new. Their accredited ICBC claim system was easy to navigate, and meant we didn't have to pay the deductable up front. Their courtesy car (Corolla) was also a very nice feature, and clean. I would definitely recommend Boyd, to help make the best of what could otherwise be a frustrating process.

I had two individual claims to fix with Boyd's through an ICBC claim. I needed a new windshield, and a repair done to my driver's side mirror from a hit and run. When I called them, they were very friendly and organized on the phone. They had my vehicle in to be assessed within less than a week. Once the damage was assessed they booked the first available appointment time that worked for me. It was so easy! I'm very happy with the repair work and the customer service. I would definitely recommend using Boyd's to anyone I know and I will absolutely go there again!

We are a large group daycare with a large 24 passenger school but that was vandalized completely inside and out. There was over $8,000 worth of damage. We were devastated. We rely on this bus to take our children to and from school and on field-trips. To make matters worse we are located in Maple Ridge and no body shop in our area would even consider taking our bus. We called Boyd's Autobody in Langley and when they heard what had happened they immediately said, "We will help you." I cannot tell you how relieved we were! Boyd went out of their way! They had to work on a school bus and find the necessary parts and pieces to bring our bus back to life. They realized the children needed their bus back as soon as possible and fixed our bus in recorded time. The job they did was amazing and they repaired everything with exceptional ... care to detail. I feel the service I received was above and beyond. My windshield was cracked due to debri flying out of the back of a truck. When I called the person I spoke to offered to make an appointment to take pictures for insurance purposes the date they gave me did not work with my work schedule and I asked if I could come earlier and they stated they were extremely busy but would find time to fit me in before closing that same day. Wendy at the front counter was a pleasure to speak with and fit me into have my windshield repaired within a week and would of fit me in sooner but advised the glass needed to be ordered. I was able to drop my car off early and pick it up end of day and I didn't have to miss any work thus making it so I didn't have to loose any wages. When I picked up my car Wendy reviewed everything they did and had me sign paper ... work she was so friendly and polite. When estimater Chris brought me back to my car I was so super excited not only to have a new windshield but the shop had washed and vacuumed my entire car not just the front area where the windshield repair was done. I was actually embarrassed how messy and dirty my car was so this was a great surprise and a treat someone did it for me. Job well done, I will recommend anyone I know to give them a call if they need repairs done. read more
