I called Boyd the day before I took my vehicle in. Shattered sunroof due to softball and Neil was very patient and provided me with a time to come in the next day. I dropped my car off, Neil explained everything in full so I understood all the steps, and had the rental car pick me up within 15 mins. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am on Tuesday and had it back by 4:15 on Wednesday. Very impressed and did not recognize my car which was washed, wiped down, and vacuumed on the inside. It got the brand new car smell back. I would definitely visit Boyd again in hopes of dealing with Neil and his team. My expectations were far exceeded and I'm glad I remembered the radio commercials so I could make the right choice.

Wendy, at the front desk, was pleasant, courteous and helpful from when I dropped my truck off till I picked it up after the repairs were completed. I am so pleased with the job they did. It looks amazing and they even detailed the interior of the truck!!! So five stars, since that is the maximum, and a huge thank you to them.

Difficult to tell where repair was done. Excellent workmanship. Boyd staff at this location are very pleasant to deal with particularly Jody, at the front desk. Car was returned very clean inside and out. Would have no hesitation in recommending Boyd to others.

Excellent service. Damage was quickly assessed and the car efficiently booked in for the work. On the day I dropped the car off, my rental car was ready, full of fuel, and set for me to drive. It was a very nice car too. The work on my car was completed in good time and I am very pleased with the outcome. It was valeted for me as well. Seamless service from Wendy and the staff with good communication about the progress of the work. Thanks to all.

Robin (and all of the staff) were great! Everyone was very friendly and was able to help me very easily. The service was also super fast which was perfect. I hope I don't have to get another window fixed but if I do I will definitely go back here!

I work across the street and i thought i would just try out one of these shops because i needed my headlight bulb changed. I was totally expecting to be paying some outrageous fee instead of doing it myself. I walked in and was greeted by Robin S. He asked to see my vehicle. As he was working away to access the light bulb, I was expecting him to upsell me and tell me i need "this and that" etc. But to my surprise, he just fixed my light bulb and said no charge! It was a bulb that was used but I didnt mind. I will definitely go back. The little gestures are really worth it! Great service! Thank you Robin :)

I was amazed how quickly everything went: the estimate, the repairs, and the checkout. The repairs were first class - like new. It seems a little expensive, but the results were well worth it.
