ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I was treated professionally and given a courtesy car so I had no worries about transportation until my vehicle was ready. Perfect job on my repairs and John took the initiative to show me photos of the damage as well as going over my car to ensure that everything was done perfectly. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Boyd to my friends. Thank you so much for making such a positive experience out of such an upsetting one!

I was most impressed with the fast and friendly service. I needed a new front windshield and called on December 23. Wasn't sure the job would be done before Christmas. Within minutes Rose called back to say a windshield was ordered and could be installed that day. I took my car in within the hour and the job was completed by mid afternoon. AND my car was vacuumed and cleaned! EXCELLENT SERVICE !!! . . . AMAZING STAFF!

I needed a small autobody repair - had gone to other places, and received inflated estimates...went to Boyd, was received with respect, given an estimate of almost half the amount, and received quiet efficient service in great time. I cannot conceive of a better customer service experience than Robin provided. He helped us with the insurance claim, responded promptly, did all that he said would be done, and more. The car was washed and returned when promised. Miles of Smiles.

My wife and I had a loose bumber on our Jetta. The service was fantastic and the repaire was done so fast, which we hadn't expected. JJ was the guy that fixed the bumber and it looks amazing. He did a great job. After it was fixed they offered a car wash which we accepted and it was also done double time. Great Job Richmond Boyd.
