Everything about my experience was excellent and I couldn't have asked for better. From the always helpful wonderful receptionist to the manager Robin it was fantastic!! This is my second experience with Boyd the previous experience was about 3 years ago and it was also excellent. I would recommend Boyd without hesitation. Please keep up the good work!!!

The customer service and quality of work is beyond belief! The staff make you feel as though they are happy to see you and think of every detail to make the experience as smooth as possible . They even drove me to the sky train and picked me up when the van was finished. Windshield looks great and the van was washed!Choose Boyd? Yes indeed. They care!

Robin was very helpful. I brought my car in for an oil change at the mechanic shop next door and then they sent it over to Boyd for a new windshield. Robin was able to coordinate my service with the mechanics so that I got my car back in a timely manner. My car came back washed and vacuumed with a new windshield and he even threw in some wiper blades. Excellent service!

Recently we needed an auto body repair shop to replace a left rear door on our SUV, which was damaged by someone backing their car into it. We researched for a body shop with a good reputation and chose Boyd collision on John street in Victoria. They did not disappoint us . Our vehicle was restored as good as new within a reasonable time frame. Our sincere thanks to Kris and his crew, for doing a great job !
