My Vehicle was fixed with in the week and not only was it good as new they vacuumed and washed it. Nikki was amazing and stayed an extra 20 minutes past closing waiting for me to come pick up my car. Amazing customer service. She also arranged for my rental to be teturned for me. I will definitely refer this Boyd to friends and family.

This is the first time that I have dealt with Boyd Autobody Shop and there is only one word to describe the service they provided to me -EXCELLENT. Mr. Edward W. was professional, patient, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and accommodating. I could not ask for anything more. He is, quite honestly, a very rare customer service person - I almost can not believe that someone like him exists in the service industry. The manager and everyone in this office were very friendly and nice too.

My 2014 Dodge Journey got hit by a three ton truck and side swiped in the rear end. I took it to Boyd Auto Body in New Westminster and you had it for two days. Thanks to your amazing team my car looks brand new again. Plus, I can't believe you guys cleaned the inside! I'm super thrilled with the work. Would definitely come back. ??

I was really impressed with the team at the Bridgeport location. I brought my car in for some minor damage on my rear bumper from a fender bender. In an unrelated incident, my front bumper was shifted to the left and there was some white paint transfer. The technician, Rey, who was fixing my rear bumper, ended up getting my front bumper back in place and removing most of the white paint. One of the glass technicians, Bill, who wasn't working on my car at all, repaired a chip in my windshield. My car looked so much better when they gave it back to me! The girl working at the front, Samantha, was also super friendly, personable and helpful. It's rare to have a team of people that really go above and beyond.

I was very impressed with the service I received at this location. Samantha T. was excellent both on the phone to make the appointment and when I arrived at the shop. She greeted me by name on my arrival and had all the necessary documents ready to go. She communicated throughout the day as to the time of completion. At the time of pick up Samantha explained the guarantee and took me personally to my car to inspect the work that had been done. I would recommend the location to my friends with no hesitation. I had fantastic service from the moment I stepped into the Victoria Sooke Road location. Wendy was incredible helping me with all my inquiries and paperwork. Boyd is very lucky to have her on your team. Jamie and Chris were also very helpful and professional in the time my car was being repaired. I especially appreciated the calls from the team updating me on my car. All in all it was a very positive experience you can have while your car is being repaired. The body work done on my car looks great and when I went and picked it up I really appreciated how clean the inside of my car was so thank you to the clean up person as well. Thanks Boyd!

Nothing but good words for the staff of Boyd Autobody in Abbotsford BC. It started with the office staff of Neil and Jennifer, and finished off the the qualified auto repairers in the shop. My wife brought her Honda in about 4 weeks ago, for some auto body work. We were so impressed with their high QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP , and their pleasant and knowledgeable paper work, that I brought my Malibu in for some body work. It was very nice of them to clean the car's inside and outside. I would truly recommend them to anyone who needs auto body work done.

Insurance was Park/Northbridge. Boyd lived up to my previous experience of several years ago: it was excellent, overall; the staff (Neil & Jennifer) are a great credit to Boyd; they handled & treated us in a very professional and courteous manner during repair period.
