definitely a 5 star review--my driver's side window/frame was hit by a big falling branch during the snow a couple of weeks ago. I contacted the Richmond location the morning of discovering the damage. I was able to take the car in at 2:00 pm on Nov.29th (other place said they could not even look at it until the 16th of December. The staff vacuumed the entire interior --removing glass and checking the child care seats to ensure no fragments remained. The driver's window was secured with heavy duty plastic. The staff phoned me on Thursday to say ICBC had approved the repairs and I had an appt on Monday the 5th of December. A rental car was at the shop and the staff transferred the 2 baby/child car seats to the rental car. I got a call on Thurs. Boyd's Auto Body restored my Honda Fit to a condition better than its original one. They even repaired minor damage that was not part of the work for which they were being reimbursed. Peter Smith provided exceptional customer service and is a key reason I have returned to this auto body shop more than once for repairs. He was thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done and made good on all the commitments that were made. I know I can expect the very best quality of work from this repair shop and they have never disappointed. Hats off to all their mechanics and technicians and a heartfelt thanks!

Great service! Staff were friendly, service was timely and wow, they cleaned my car after they repaired it. Sometimes kind gestures like that goes a long way! This is the only place I will bring my car for repairs and I will recommend them to all my friends! Thank you to all the team at Boyd! Very much appreciated!

My Audi A4 was involved in a hit and run and had extensive damage to the drivers side doors. Boyd' s staff were so friendly , courteous , and professional. The workmanship done on my car is amazing. You can not tell there was ever any damage and the detail work to my car is fantastic, just like when it was new. I can not thank the staff at Boyd enough for all the work they put into my car. Unfortunately I have has to take my truck in a few times now. Each time service has been excellent! Front office is always kind and knowledgeable, Darcy is honest and knows how to do a quote (and stick to it), truck is always so clean when I pick up (even for tiny jobs). Jobs are very well done! They always work with my shedual. Highly recommended!

I wanted to say that I was very impressed with Keith F. and his excellent customer skills. He kept us informed about the status of the repair work and explained clearly how the process would work about getting a rental car and all the other details. Everything was just as he said. The front end staff were very courteous and helpful. This is the third time we have needed to use Boyd in Abbotsford and each time they were consistently good at fixing our cars .
