I recently visited Boyd after my car had been hit twice with no driver information left and they made a stressful situation much easier on me. I was greeted immediately and an estimator was done his part quickly. After mentioning I will have to wait to repair as I have two deductibles to pay now, they went out of their way to take the time to screw my bumper back on in the meantime so my car is safe to drive until then. Thank you Boyd for making an unfortunate situation as easy as possible!

This is the third time we've had our car serviced by Boyd for minor collisions/fender benders and each time I've been very impressed by the incredibly efficient, conscientious service. Having the car cleaned inside and out was a huge and unexpected bonus and really appreciated. Keep up the good work!

THANK YOU Jamie and Angus for going above and beyond, especially since I just 'dropped in' the shop today. And not only did they help me, they took a few extra minutes to wash my car as well! As a female I don't always feel comfortable going into a garage but Jamie made me feel at ease about the entire process! Angus worked his magic and thank goodness they were able to close my sunroof, which had been slightly opened since Saturday:). You guys are truly amazing, service like yours is hard to come by these days!

WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH BOTH THE EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THE QUALITY WORKMANSHIP WE WERE MET WITH AT BOYDS IN LANGFORD, B.C. FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN THE FRONT DOOR AND WERE MET BY WENDY'S PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE APPROACH. WE WERE IMPRESSED BY HOW SHE MADE A STRESSFUL SITUATION SO MUCH EASIER TO DEAL WITH. JAMIE AND CHRIS TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THE DETAILS OF OUR REPAIR AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND THE REPAIR ITSELF IS EXCELLENT, WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT. WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND BOYDS TO ANYONE !

Jon R's stalwart tenacity towards high standards set the tone for exemplary teamwork. Their passionate mission surmounted obstacles -- such was their style! Jon kept me informed when I was overseas, and his professional attributes were a class act. The long-standing shop "artists"TLC expertise rounded out the dream team. Thanks to the staff at the bridgeport location, they did an amazing job with my side window! Very fast and efficient. My car was all shiny when I got it back, (they washed my car) which was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, the customer service was nothing but exceptional. Samantha was very helpful and so kind. Highly recommend this location.
