Exceptional service ... prompt and great work! Have had a couple fender benders done over the years (mostly my wife :), but recently took my collector's car in to ask a few questions> They promptly put it on a lift answered my questions and made a few recommendations. No wait and no charge. Excellent, first class shop. Would never think of taking body or repair work elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Our car was stolen and the waiting process was long - our insurance company never returned our calls and never called us with updates; however, thru the entire 2 month process - Boyd kept us informed at all times, even calling to let us know there was no updates - although it was determined after 2 months that the car was a loss; I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service we received; especially Chris and Wendy - these are two outstanding employees that made this horrible process more comfortable - I don't normally fill out surveys - but there outstanding dedication to excellent service needs to be recognized in the corporate office - they are both outstanding and I will definitely return should I need any future services for my new car. First i went to a different shop that REALLY REALLY sucked on Goldstream but thankfully i ended up at BOYD autobody. They (Wendy and Chris and crew) went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. (trust me it is hard to have a good experience when someone just hit your vehicle) Good quality work done quickly and honestly - and i am fussy!!! NO B.S. to deal with and everything was explained in great detail - BRAVO and a job well done - I would not hesitate to have them do more work on my vehicle in the future

The difference between a good job and a great job are the attention to details. That is what sets Boyd AutoBody (2663 Sooke Rd.) apart from all other repair shops. Everyone knows that the company is only as good as its employees. I would personally like to give two thumbs up to Wendy and Jamie who went above and beyond what they needed to do, as always.

While traveling in from the Fraser Valley a rock hit the driver side of my windshield, not knowing where to stop on Lougheed Hwy to get it fixed I continued my trip into Richmond where I had seen Boyd at this location before. From the moment I entered Samantha was friendly and came right outside to look at the windshield, she went back in (offered us tea/coffee or water - a very nice touch - she is a lovely person!!!)and called Bill out to take a look, he took the car in though telling me it might not work as it had started to spider, when he came back he told me again, he could not guarantee the work, he was also very nice and very professional. Samantha would not take any money from me for the job as she said they could not guarantee it - I truly appreciated that it does not often happen with businesses. I will for sure be back to this ... location - congratulations on having such a great team!!!!! read more
