After checking out several dealers to have my rock chipped windshield replaced by ICBC, I returned to Boyd Autobody on Bridgeport. They remembered who I was and I was able to get a date and time to fit my schedule. On the day of repair, they took the vehicle in as soon as I arrived and subsequently called me to tell me the repair was done at the time they had estimated it would be finished . Upon pickup I discussed two other repair issues with them that I need to have done in the future. They offered several options on both. Meanwhile they had done a small touch up for me at no charge. To top it off the car had been washed and vacuumed inside. Both employees I dealt with were very polite. All in all, a good experience.

I was thinking 'out of the box' and asked Wendy at Boyd Auto Body if I could have the metal base of a table painted by Boyd painters. I e-mailed a photo, got an immediate call back, 'yes, they could', she gave me a quote and I had it in the shop that afternoon! I am SO impressed, with the fast and friendly service from Wendy and Ryan and the great paint job from Brady. The finished produce looks fabulous. Kudos to the three of them.

The team was very pleasant to deal with, they were thorough with the explanation of the work that needed to be done and in completing the necessary paperwork. I dropped off my car and had my windshield replaced quickly and expertly. And as an added bonus, the staff at Boyd washed my car! Very happy with my first Boyd experience and I will return for any future window or body issues with my car.
