I am thrilled with the level of service I received from Maple Ridge Boyd Autobody this week. Not my first great experience at this autobody shop. Darcy and staff looked after me exceptionally well. They provided me with a clean loaner vehicle that was ready on time when I arrived to drop off my truck.. They made an effort to repair my vehicle as economically as possible - I was pleasantly surprised to find the final invoice to be over $100 lower than the agreed quotation. When I arrived to pick up my truck, the invoice was ready and my vehicle was polished clean and ready to drive away - in and out in minutes. These are great people, focused on pleasing their customers. Outstanding experience overall. Thank-you Boyd Maple Ridge.

What an amazing, friendly team! I've been using the 73rd Avenue location in Vancouver for years and have always been happy with the service. This last repair for a hit-and-run was no different. The staff made an unhappy situation totally bearable by being efficientand friendly - - and the work was done so quickly. I barely had time to miss my car! I would highly recommend Boyd Autobody to anyone needing this type of service.

I bumped into a meridian and came to Boyd to essentially replace the right side skirt and repair the dented underneath of the body. I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of repair quality when the accident first occurred, I figured I was going to settle for a loss in terms of the cars appearance. In short, the people at Boyd Abbotsford did an immaculate job. The thing looks like brand new and it was done do quickly. I couldn't be happier about it. I am not usually one to go out of my way to rate or review things, just never have been. But i had to this time. I'm grateful for the incredible work they put in.

Very professional and accommodating. Spectacular service and workmanship. I travel extensively and Robin was able to fit the work into my schedule, keep me updated by text and made it easy for me to drop off and pick up. This is my second experience with Robin and I would highly recommend his business to anyone.

I had the best experience possible when my car was repaired at Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge. My car was assessed and the claim was processed and approved within 24 hours. The significant repairs were completed with my car only being in the shop for one day( during which I was provided with a courtesy car). The shop manager, Darcy H., was courteous, understanding, and efficient. I could not be happier with the service i received.

Simply the best shop in town, my mercedes c300 4matic meticulously done. Everything is great from the shop, so tidy and organized to its so efficient staffs( painters,mechanics and car washers-my car was so clean when i got it, thanks everyone) My special thanks goes to Paolo the Estimator and Manager, Joseph who source out the parts and the Asst. Manager and to sweet Samantha,for preparing all the papers to sign and for the good coffee, who is the Customer Service Representative. Joseph L at Boyd Autobody in Richmond provided excellent customer service! He was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the repairs to my car. Joe and his team were very efficient in getting my car repaired in a timely manner and arranging a rental car for me with Enterprise. He provided constant feedback throughout the repair so I was informed on the progress. I enjoyed having my car back clean and washed and the wind shield wiper refilled. I will definitely be taking my car back to this location for any future work due to the excellent experience I had with this company. Thank you Joe & Boyd Autobody team.
