They kept me up-dated on the progress of the repair and made arrangements for Enterprise staff to pick me up for the loaner. great service at this location...came in to get an estimate/book a time for a windshield chip repair and, though all the staff were busy, took the time to leave their current job do the repair and get me on my way within minutes...all with smiles and bantering conversation...good customer service seems to be a rare commodity these days so it was pleasantly refreshing to receive some.....I even came back a couple of hours later to see whether more could have been done for the esthetics and again, time was taken to explain the results...

A gooose decided to committ suicide by walking in front of my car on the highway. Boyd found damage that autopac didn't find and worked with MOIC over the process of getting and returning after market parts that didn't fit. they gave me frequent updates as to what was happening. When finally finished and I got my car back the airconditioning didn't work. so I brought it back. It turned out that it was not due to the accident, but they fixed it too AT NO CHARGE! this is above and beyond. I will definitely be using them again.

Unbelievably GREAT service this is the second vehicle that they've repaired for me and ill never go anywhere else, they work quickly but still take pride in their quality work, my car was done a few days earlier than I had expected and was in getting detailed after it was finished! It blew my mind, they take great care of their customers any body or glass repair should be done by this location, you will not be disappointed

This is the second repair that I have had Dave Losie who works at this location take care of. In both instances I felt I was taken care of professionally and truly appreciated being kept in the loop about how the repair was coming along. Boyd did a great job in the 2nd collision repair saving the vehicle as it was a marginal claim. In both cases Dave repaired the car to like new condition and I am thankful for the expertise displayed.
