Very good work, effecient and fast on the repair. Excellent customer service in explaining estimated cost, time involved and ultimately the repair itself and warranty. The customer service was exceptional as they cleaned my car inside and out even though the bill was not substantial. I've spent mich more at the dealer getting work done on my vehicle and they couldn't be bothered to spray wash the car exterior. I like that extra consideration Boyd provides and will definitely return.

I had a accident with a dumpster in the parking lot basically being quite upset and not looking properly when backing out of the parking stall. Needless to say, the dumpster won and my poor car boor the results. I brought my car in for an inspection and cost estimate and Robin was absolutely terrific. His smile, confident and most courteous manner set me at ease immediately and the information provided was delivered in way not to overwhelm an already upset customer. He as great in assisting me with setting a suitable time and had provided me with a reasonable estimate. Well, I pick up my car on Friday and the work was amazing. The attention to detail, the cleanness of my care was impressive. I know that my car is in very good shape, but now my bumper is the best part of my car. The work was finished on time as agreed and my final invoice ... was less than the estimate. A very surprised and appreciative customer you have here. I have already related my positive experience with your company with friends and will continue to refer your company in the future. Thank you all and especially Robin, for making this easy for me. i brought my car into boyd for some repairs and after over a month i finally got it back, not only was that way too long for the minor repairs that had to be done, i got my car back completely filthy, the interior was absolutely covered in dust, even in the seats, all the surfaces had a good layer of dust, had to vaccuum out the entire car. also, noone came out to go over my vehicle with me which i thought was pretty unprofessional

I had the best customer service experience EVER at the Richmond location. I called earlier to book an appointment to have my windshield fixed since I had a rock chip. I spoke to Rishi and made an appointment. I advised Rishi that I may be late since I don't get off work until 4pm. He stated that it was perfectly fine and that he could stay open later so that he could take a look at my windshield. He was very accomodating. When I finally met Rishi for my appointment he was very friendly and pleasant. Even before he checked my windshield he took the time to explain the process and how some windshield are not always repairable. Once he looked at my rock chip he advised me that he wasn't able to fix it sicne it was a superficial chip. For my trouble he supplied me with a complimentary rock chip repair for future. All I can say is this is the ... best customer service I have experienced EVER and I wish all businesses offer the kind of experience I had with Rishi. I will from now on take my repairs to Rishi all the time and have already told my family members of the fantasitic customer service. Thank you again Rishi for the wonderful customer service. It's so refreshing to experience fantastic service nowadays as it is so rare. Thanks again! read more

Hi Just a quick note of compliments for the excellent service and great work done to my two vehicles over the past couple of months ( a bit of bad luck ). Manager Terry and receptionist Chelsea are very friendly, helpful and efficient people who get things done well and on time. I even enjoyed a couple of fine cookies with my coffee. Keep it up folks, it's nice to have people like you blocks away from my home when we need it
