I was in today to pick up my Hyundai Accent after it had the side mirror replaced. Was in a hit and run and had been a while since I had that mirror so it was nice to have that done!! So far, so good, the mirror is working well and it looks great! I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you very much for the interior detailing done on my car. That was a very nice touch! Everyone was very friendly at your location and I appreciate the excellent customer service. Even though my repair was delayed and a part had to be re-ordered, I still end up a happy customer and I would recommend your Boyd location to anyone. Thanks!

"I was referred to Boyd's Body shop for repairs to my car and made an appointment for repairs to my vehicle. An estimate was done and an appointment was made including car rental. I dropped my car and a couple of days later I received a phone call from them with an update on the progress of my repairs and then another call informing me my car was completed. Arriving at the shop I was shocked at the outstanding job they did to my vehicle "it looked brand new" they took the time to detail it and I was extremely pleased. I wish the the thx all of the staff and skilled workers who worked hard as a team to make this possible. "I called in to get a rear window replaced... The quote was almost 500 dollars, then told i cant get in for at least 2 weeks. I called crystal glass and was quoted 300 - appointment one hour later. While at crystal I got a call from alta glass who quoted me 220... Crystal matched it on the spot. I can't understand why you guys are booked for 2 weeks at your rip off prices, I for one will never spend so much as a red penny at your store, and I am going to make sure everyone I know does not either. You should change your slogan to "insist on Boyd, if you like paying out your ass." Sincerely, Dave Hadikin"

I want to express my appreciation for the kind and professional service I was given at your Vancouver location by Mr. Robin Soni, the location Operations Manager. I had used this facility years previous for repairs to a vehicle and remembered the quality service I'd received at that time. So on this occasion I dropped in to seek advice as to whether a repair had been made to my newly purchased car. Mr. Soni personally took the time to look at my vehicle and resolved my concern entirely. His professionalism and patience in explaining the matter was exemplary and I simply wish to thank him. Took awhile to book the vehicle in, but it was ready exactly when I was told it would be, and it was even nicely detailed inside when I went to pick it up. Nice touch. I also appreciated the progress calls I got detailing where they were at with the repairs. I would definitely recommend!
