My excellent experience started with an on-the-spot detailed written estimate from Kris, a very personable young man who took the time to explain everything in detail. This was on a busy Friday afternoon just prior to his leaving on a quick family trip out to B.C. We had gotten 2 previous estimates from other companies (the one beginning with an 'M' didn't even bother to put it in writing). Boyd's was the lowest, they were the closest to us, and they offered a low-cost loaner car which neither of the other two did. The work was completed on time, was of top-notch quality, and the girls in the front office made the whole thing a pleasurable experience. Kudos to everyone involved.

Even though I live in Winnipeg's Inner City, I went to the Scurfield location as I knew someone who worked there and I trusted him, my last few car repairs didn't give me that feeling when I had gone elsewhere. My trust was well placed, not only did they make my car look like new when I picked it up but they also fixed little things I didn't even mention and the updates on what was happening with my car was great. They even saved me money on one claim, awesome!! The honesty I was shown is the reason why I will always go to this location, not to mention that someone was always there to help when I first walked in, even the location Manager Jeff came out when the front receptionist wasn't there smiling and ready to meet my needs. I would definitely recommend this location, or any of them for that matter.Great teamwork!!

After a recent collision repair on my car, I had to return it to Boyd in Langley to have it repainted. It was no fault of the dealership because they used the code that was on my car to mix the paint. They gladly repainted it with the same professional, exemlary service that I recieved at my first visit. I would not hesitate to return to this shop (hopefully I won't have to!!) should I require their services in the future. Boyd Autobody and Glass should be very proud indeed to have someone like Neil Cardinal providing such great service to it's customers. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!

Robin provided great customer service on everything from taking my car without an appointment, giving me a ride to the Canada line, prompt information on when my car would be ready, to follow up even after my car was completed. Very impressed Boyd! People like Robin make the experience of a car accident less painful!
