Phenomenal service - above and beyond the 'call of duty'. Katherine Kennedy & team were amazing providing regular feedback. Most appreciative of the courtesy vehicle - made our family lives so much easier. As we are in the process of moving, the collision repairs could not have come at a worse time but with the Boyd team, it seemed painless. Just a quick note to say the Russell at Boyd was fabulous in providing great customer service this past week. My car was in the shop for several days. It was returned in top shape inside and out. He was courteous, informative and responsive to my questions and concerns. Thanks Boyd...hopefully I won't need your services again for a while; but if I do, I won't hesitate to come back.
