Amazing service. I have brought my car here a few times now and recommend them to everyone! The only negative thing I have to say about this last time was that when they detailed the inside they didn't do a good job on the windshield and I had to re wash it (streaks everywhere). But they gave me a discount on some extra work that I wanted done and always have a car for me to use. THANK YOU BOYD!

Very super service and parts at this location. Took it to Boyd for repairs after a collision in early September. Have had nothing but problems since. Headlights were not aligned correctly, radiator fluid was not refilled and now the replaced headlight doesn't work. Never going back and will be reporting shoddy workmanship to my insurance company.

I had used the Lakewood location for repairs to different two cars in the last couple of years and was impressed with the quality of the paint finish and colour match. Also, the repairs have held up very well over the years. So, when my MDX was severely damaged this summer when a section of my cottage roof flew off in a hurricane force wind and landed on the vehicle, I decided to trust this location with this repair as well. Despite the extensive damage, Location Manager, Matt Rowluk, assured that me that they could handle the job. When I dropped the vehicle off, he took time to review the claim and walked me through all of the repairs that would be done. When they began working on it, additional repairs not listed on the original estimate were required. Matt skillfully negotiated all of these with MPI on my behalf, and it quickly became ... evident that he took great interest in ensuring that all required repairs would be approved and done. Throughout the 6 weeks that my vehicle was in the shop, Matt updated me at least twice a week as to progress that was being made. He also immediately let me know if there were unforeseen delays as a result of additional repairs that needed to be done and parts that had to be ordered. When I picked up the vehicle when all repairs were done, I was very impressed with the quality of repairs, paint finish and colour match, and also the attention to detail in properly masking all areas so that there were none of the usual tell tale signs of repair in the form of overspray or masking lines. The result was that the vehicle looked new again, and in some ways it was better than before the damage occurred. It is obvious that there are very skilled individuals working at this location and that they take pride in their work. With a repair this extensive, it was inevitable that there would be a few minor items that I noticed still needed some attention after the repairs were completed. However, Matt was receptive to all of my observations and ensured that these were dealt with immediately. His sincere desire to ensure total customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process, from start to finish. His high level of personal service was even more impressive when I realized how many other cars he was dealing with at the same time. I was really impressed with the service at this location that certainly exceeded my expectations. I had to come first thing in the morning for them to take pictures of my car so they could order the parts and as I was on my way to work and running late, they allowed me to park it there for the day and pick it up on my way home. I was not expecting Boyd to clean my entire car for me either, they cleaned it inside and out, and I'm pretty sure they did a wax job as my car has never looked so shiny. The recepetionist also sent me pictures that were taken of my car so I can send in a claim for the damage with the city of Winnipeg, Over all a GREAT experience.

Amazing experience. The people at this shop were all pleasant, polite and helpful even when I freaked out a little bit as I was worried about not getting my car on time (snow was falling and the rental car had no winter tires). They accommodated me and made sure I got my car by the end of the day and never once did they make me feel like I was being a pain. My car was fixed properly and it was cleaned!!!! I can't remember the last time it was so nice looking inside and out. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Thanks to all! You made a bad situation so much easier to deal with :)
