Boyd Auto was recommended by Kia Vancouver for repairs to my damaged new car. The manager, Robin, personally provided me with fantastic service, excellent communication and professionalism. Having fallen victim to a hit and run that left my car unable to be driven, Robin organized for my vehicle to be delivered to Boyd that same day. Quotes were provided almost immediately and they sorted all my rental car needs whilst accommodating my busy schedule. Robin went over and above in terms of service and even delivered my vehicle as I was unable to collect. The car was good as new, very well cleaned inside and out with even the leather polished. Unfortunately I've had occasion to use Boyd at this location more than once (we were only responsible for one collision repair) and each time we were treated pleasantly, friendly and professionally by the office staff and the workmanship involved with each repair was certainly done professionally as well. I'd certainly recommend this Boyd location to anyone requiring collision repair or any type of body work.

The Staff are excellent at this locaiton! They looked after me from start to finnish and did a wonderful job. I have gone to other Boyd locations in the past and they were fine, but this location is fabulous!! This location should be the model you base all Boyd Operations on.

The service I recieved at your Vancouver location today was nothing short of outstanding. After scratching my car, I popped in to Boyd on my way to work to make an appointment to have them repair it. Robin took a look and suggested that he try to buff out the scratches. Less than 10 minutes later I was back in my freshly washed car and the scratches were gone, all at no charge! Thank you so much to Robin who completely made my day and now has a customer for life!
