I was so pleased that after my first collision -EVER - Family Insurance directed me to Boyd on Bridgeport here in Richmond. The service from Matt Brooks, estimator, and Carmen Thompson, Customer Service Rep. were top-notch. Their helpfulness and friendliness really helped me through my (small) ordeal. Matt seems to have taken extra care to ensure that my car looked better than new. Carmen walked me through the invoice, and I was very happily then on my way. I had my vehicle repaired at the location close to West edmonton Mall. Right from the beginning, the service was out standing. A great greeting as I walked into the shop and through out the whole process. It was my brothers truck and I had no Idea about what needed to be done, and the process of repairs, prep, paint and also included a free detail. I was shocked at an office full of women, but made for great conversation :) Repairs look great and i would most def come back and recommend repairs to friends.
