Had my windows broken on a Thursday. I swung by the shop the same day and spoke with Mandy. She helped me through the process and she had the product ordered for me the next morning to be installed. Today 23Nar12 I was recommended by my auto service company OK Tire at Oak & Marine Drive to see Boyd Autobody about my little problem with my BMW Convertible spoiler. Robin Soni (1111West 73rd Avenue, Vancouver) had a look at the spoiler damage which was interfering with my tire and said he would try to fix it for me. About 15 minutes later he had screwd the problem piece, solved my problem and did not charge me for this service ... as he had said to me at the beginning. Based on this fantastic customer service, I will certainly use Boyd Autobody for all of my future needs and will recommend them to all of my clients and collegues. Great Customer Service !!!!

I continue to be satisfied with service at Boyds (Service Collision). I have been taking my vehicles there for many years. Terry Richter use to be the manager and he looked after us very well. Deanna Sullivan is providing the same great service. When i questioned the use of non OEM parts Gary assured me the Boyds only uses CAPA certified parts.When the non OEM hood was installed Gary was not satisfied with the fit up so a Honda hood was ordered and installed. Good job you guys,I hope I don't see you too soon!!

I went to Boyd Autobody and Glass with hopes that they could help me polish a scratch on my car. I am not very well informed about cars and had never gotten into a minor accident like this before. The staff at Boyd were very helpful and knowledgeable. Within 10 minutes of me dropping of my vehicle they had polished the scratch and fixed it to the best of their ability without involving a paint job. In addition to their fast and helpful service, they also did it for me free of charge! I would recommend Greg Bodnarchuk and this loacation of Boyd Autobody and Glass to friends and family in the future! Thanks very much for your help!

Boyd was recommended to me by my Dealership. I was not very pleased that the dealer would not fix my car after being rear ended, but the dealer contacted Boyd on my behalf to give notice that I would need a courtesy car. The next day I received a call from Robin at Boyd, much to my surprise...as I was avoiding calling due to my disappointment that the dealer would not fix my car. Robin was very helpful, and we set up an appointment for the next business day. On the appointment day, I was greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff. I was also pleasantly surprised that Robin was proactive in ordering the parts in advance due to the photographs I sent from the accident.
