I had a wonderful experience. My car was rear ended and ICBC told me to deal with Can Direct. I pulled into Boyd to get an idea about th cost to fix my car and the fellow said they could d all the insurance filing, which they did, he called me that day and scheduled my car for repairs. They lined up the rental car, did all the paperwork for the claim and I picked up my car perfectly fixed! Wow! Easiest claim of any kind i\'ve ever had.

I just left your shop on 147th street and 119 ave I had some minor work done on my truck and would just like to express my gratitude for a great job done all the way through the process. Right from walking in the door with no appointment and was helped right away by the young Kelly at the front who took some info and introduced me to the walk in appraiser (Sorry I done remember his name) but he was very helpful I told I was paying myself as it was not serious enough to put through insurance so please make as cheap as possible and he sure did. My bumper had to be replaced and some damage to the paint so when they removed the bumper they discovered some more damage and called me right away to inform me I gave my ok to go ahead with it and he had mentioned it would be about $75.00 more and that was fine with me. But when I just pick it up I ... only had to pay the original quote as Kelly said they try to stick to the quote now that is just great customer service in my opinion. In closing my truck looks like new again and it was even sparking clean (it was not when I brought it in) please thank all your staff there for the excellent experience I had dealing with Boyd auto body and I will tell everyone I know to go to Boyd auto body for any auto body needs. read more

"Boyd worked with me to get my older, but \"perfect for me\" stationwagon back on the road looking quite acceptable, and within the bounds of the Insurance comapny pay out, despite the Insurance Companies directive to total the vehicle. This ment a lot to me, as I wasn\'t ready to renew my vehicle which is the workhorse of my family while we do garden rennovations, transport kayaks, and teach a seventeen year old to drive. I couldn\'t do those things with a new car. Thanks Julie for all your help"

I am sending you this email because I feel that staff in many businesses do not receive enough praise for the work they do. In the beginning of January 2011 I hit a deer on my way to work and so needless to say I had to get my car fixed. I contacted Boyd Autobody to make the arrangements for my car to get fixed and Front Office Manager, Catherine Beland, was just truly amazing. Catherine was very pleasant, understanding, accommodating, patient, but most of all encouraging. I was worried that my car would not be able to get fixed but with her knowledge and expertise she made me feel better knowing that it would get fixed. For never going through this process, Catherine explained everything and when it came time to get my car fixed she was very up front and honest on how long it would take so when arrangements were made to rent a car I went ... on her recommendations. Everything worked out great and the timing for getting it fixed could not have been better. I feel that you have a true asset working in your North Battleford location and she makes the experience a pleasant one even though you are going through a tough time and without a vehicle when it needs to be repaired and I hope that Catherine stays at Boyd for many years to come. As long as I am working in North Battleford and need autobody or glass work done on my vehicle I will be going to Boyd Autobody & Glass in North Battleford just because of Catherine, also the staff did a great job on my car as well. read more

Our Rear window was smashed in. Went to Boyd Autobody where they took care of everything from ICBC claim to shrink wrapping the back of the car. The shrink wrapping was so good it lasted through 4 trips on the number 1 hwy as my son was in a hockey tourny during spring break. They worked completely around my scheduel. Best of all they were so nice I left not feeling like a victim of vandalism, but as a happy confident person. I will always recomend Boyd.
