I worked a 12 hour night shift and walked to my car to find it was broken into. Along with the car damage my purse and wallet was also stolen. Needless to say I was not having a good morning! I went to Boyd on Henderson and was greeted by Teresa S., customer service representative, who was very understanding and supportive. She made me feel heard and walked me through what I needed to do. She was empathic and exactly the kind of person I needed at that time. Another gentleman named Michael helped me and was also very nice. I have not had the autobody or glass work at this time but I wanted to applaud the customer service.Thank you!

I walked in on a Friday after lunch. The rearview mirror came off of my windshield, and I was heading out on the highway to the lake. There was no way I would have been able to go if this wasn't taken care of! All the staff at this location were AMAZING!! They didn't even bat an eye!! The staff in the front end immediately went to get the right person to do the job, and do it right away! I was in and out within 10 minutes! 10 MINUTES!!! Then, to impress me even more, when I asked how much this amazing service was going to cost me, they said that it was no problem, and to have a great weekend!! UNBELIEVABLE!! I am so glad that I stopped in here!! I will definitely be bringing any windshield or autobody repairs to this fantastic group of people!! From this small gesture, you've got a customer for life!! Thank you!

My Mazda 5 was vandalized yesterday the day before I was to leave for SK to visit my ill elderly mother. When I phoned, Michael listened carefully and assured me that if I could get there before 1100 the job could be done today. I made a couple of more phone calls and then made my way to Boyd as you were the only ones who could do the job today. Both Adam and Michael were understanding and facilitated getting the Mazda fixed today by immediately ordering the window. I was treated with respect and empathy which made the stressful situation much easier. When I came to pick up the car, Michael made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I want to say a big THANK YOU to Michael, Adam and the autobody professionals in the back work area who worked hard on my Mazda today. You folks really do make a bad situation much better. Hi a part from the gas tank fell off my car and I popped into the Henderson location.. Greeted by the nicest staff and were so helpful. Teresa at the front was the warmest kindest lady that was so welcoming and made me feel like family and David put the part for me back on and he ended up staying after his shift to finish it for me and was so polite and did such a fantastic job that you can not even tell that it was missing from the car just minutes before. I can not say enough good things about the quality of the work and the quality of the people. Just want to thank them so very much again.. I am extremely happy it is fixed and left with a Big Smile...

Our truck window was smashed after hitting a bird on Hwy 1 near Winnipeg. While waiting (over 4 hours) for CAA help, we contacted Boyd's and spoke to Brittany. She was able to order the new window before we got there. We were worried we would not be able to get the truck to the shop by 6. We contacted Boyd's to let them know the towing truck was on the way. Teresa stayed late to meet us and was very helpful getting the truck into the shop and the work order started. The truck was ready by noon the next day and we continued our journey. Thanks Boyd's your service (and thoughtful employee's) was much appreciated !

I was extremely pleased from the first time I walked in to the office till I picked up my vehicle a few days later. Teresa was professional, helpful and efficient. Everything that I was told made sense. When I dropped of my vehicle for front window replacement a few days later (weekend in between), I asked the gentleman (don't know name) who greeted me at the door if they could by any chance install my rear blinker light. He said they would try. I picked up my vehicle a few hours later. The windshield looked perfect. My car was sparkling, inside and out. My rear blinker bulb had been replaced. Overall just an excellent experience. I believe the person who took care of my car was Curt. Many, many thanks.

I just want to thank Teresa and Michael for their amazing customer service. Teresa played no small part in really helping the paperwork get going as I was having issues with MPI. Her vast knowledge made the process go by much quicker than had I done it alone. Michael also offered practical advice and was available to answer any question I had during the process. Thanks so much both of you! If I could give you 6 out of 5 stars I easily would!

I was very pleased and amazed at the exceptional service Teresa had provided to me. My glass front driver window was shot at and I was upset and a big mess. She was supportive and understanding. She got me in right away and ensured I had my vechile fixed at back the next day! My family & I are so thankful for this prompt, friendly service I received from your staff member! She was pleasant, efficient & had depth knowledge on the process. Good customer service is hard to come by now a days and Teresa has proved that there are still excellent ppl out there! We will tell our family & friends about this positive experience we received!

Was pleasantly surprised that they fixed my car in 1 day. (Front left bumper was dented in). I had also asked for a quote to fix my passenger's front door as it would not open from the inside and they fixed it without a charge...Whom ever took the initiative in the service department to do that, hats off to them plus the receptionist Teresa was very pleasant as well. All in all a great experience from the last time I was there....
