My rear view mirror came off because I accidentally bumped it, and I was really unhappy about it. I brought it to BOYD and they fixed it for me in under 10 minutes. Absolute amazing and fast service, and really nice people! Thanks so much for your quick solution, and making my day better! :)

Sliding door on van wouldn't close completely due to ice in the track. Shop defrosted the vehicle indoors, and didn't charge us for it.

I'm giving feedback in regards to a recent incident claim I made with Boyd through MPI. I wanted to tell you how helpful Boyd was. My car was going in for an accident, a lot of damage was needed to be fixed. Front bumper, front fender, rear fender, suspension. That's what I brought my car in for. A man named Jason was the one helping me out and communicating with me throughout this claim. I can not say enough good things about Jason. He kept me up to date everyday with what was happening to my car, when it will be done, whats next. He called me based on my schedule, was always in a great mood, and tried to make my experience as easy as possible. He was one of the soul reasons my experience was so wonderful. They replaced my drivers door handle for free. They didn't need to. My car was there for awhile so that was their apology. An amazing ... gesture. We had some incidents throughout the process but the whole team at Pembina Boyd was amazing. I recommend them to everyone now, they truly were great. The plan was to leave on vacation in the morning. But thanks to an active grandchild, the mirror was knocked off the windshield of our 25 year old VW camper van several days ago. I just happened to be cycling by Boyd Autobody and Glass on Pembina and decided to check them out. As I entered, a staff member immediately asked how he could help. I stated my problem, and was instructed to bring in the vehicle. Within a few minutes I was back at Boyd's with the vehicle, and the young lady at the front desk asked for the keys. She hopped in the van, drove it into a bay, and it was being attended to within minutes. No waiting, whatsoever! It then dawned on me that I should ask for a ball park figure of the cost of repairs. To be honest, I was taken aback, but not in the way I had expected. "No charge', Jeremy said. "Just give us a few ... minutes." This was all less than an hour ago, and the vehicle is now sitting on the driveway, being prepped for tomorrow's departure, rearview mirror in place.
