My wifes car was side swiped, down the drivers side. Rear bumper, quarter panel, both doors, and front fender. As well as door handle. We had been dealing with Boyd in St Albert and their quality was lacking to say the least. We had to bring the cr back 5 times for pitting in the paint, panels not aligned, as well as keyless entry wouldn't work. We had made a complaint and directed to Boyd on the Yellowhead. Right from the start we could tell the service was different. They were polite, listened to our concerns, and even walked around the vehicle with is to fully understand. It was booked in and at pickup, I can't stress enough how happy we were. They were able to align the bumper, make the paint look like a mirror, and replaced the handle that the previous shop coated in sooooo many coats, the keyless didnt work. I stopped in with a "scuff mark" on my door (yeah, someone dinged it with their car door in a parking lot). The manager/owner had me pull up to the wash bay and he cleaned it up nicely on the spot. A quick power wash to get the grime off and then he used a rotary buff pad and some solution to clean it up . . . no charge. I've used Boyd a few times and it's always great.

My vehicle was for 12 days at Boyd Autobody shop. The service is excellent. No hidden charges, everything is upfront. The front desk lady Cindy is very knowledgeable and did everything she could to help me. Other young lady(forgot her name) she checked for the damages and gave me quote . And was very fast and knew what she was doing. The damaged repair is 100% satisfaction. Very grateful for quality job they did! Thank you for all technical team!???? Only thing I was sad that they forgot to tell Enterprise car rental that I wanted to rent RAV 4. The shops detailed my car inside and washed the car free of charge. That was very beautiful surprise. But regardless , everything went very smoothly and I am satisfied with the service. Thank you Boyd Autobody team. You guys are awesome. I highly recommend this shop. ??????

I am so happy i chose Boyd, I went with two busted tail lights and they said no problem leave it to us they changed them for me so fast!! And were so accommodating as I am a broke student and didn't charge me a thing! Brooklyn fixed my car for me, and truly did an amazing job! Thank you so much! I will be coming here again for future fixes! Amazing service, including the front desk lady Cynthia. They were so kind and went above and beyond to help me and my car! I definitely recommend going here especially if this was your first time in a collision!

At Boyd's, I received excellent service on my lime green SUV passenger side doors (which, I'm sure, were not easy to match the colour). The estimate quote was $1,000 cheaper than two other quotes I received. I was thrilled. Bianca went out of her way to locate a certain part for my SUV. I felt great being greeted by Katie in the office and on the phone. My SUV looks like new. I'm so happy for the staff, estimators and techies at Boyd's on 32nd and highly recommend that you take your vehicle to them. The inside of my SUV was even cleaned.
