I pulled in to the shop and asked if someone could take a look at my bumper on my Escalade as someone had rubbed against it with their vehicle and there was a black mark. Randy took it in the shop and came back 5 minutes later with it rubbed off and a little dab of paint so you could hardly tell that there was a problem. I was so surprised that he had done that and didn't even charge me. Thank you so much Randy, if only dealers were as gracious and service minded as you guys.
