This is the 3rd time I have had to use the services of this repair shop. Two collisions and a rear window replacement. I can not say enough about how really impressed I am with their service, efficiency, cost, and very friendly service. They have gone way out of their way to help me with my problems. 100% great!!

Absolutely 5 stars to this Boyd Body location ..I am so happy to see the rear of my vehicle "restored to new condition" and I know it is a lasting paint & repair that feels like this whole area is brand new, which it is.. Thank You to Cal for taking great care, in restoring it so well. Scott too made the process easier than I imagined it would be.. Keep up the good work Darlene Chase

Boyd's has been an amazing company to deal with here in Sherwood park. My wife was in an accident in December 2021 and they have done soo much to try and make this easier on us! If you ever need body work done this is the place to go! Yes our truck is taking a bit to get done but that's because parts aren't coming in as fast as everyone would like! They are working their butts off to make sure all the vehicles in their shop are done in a timely manner with working with different car dealerships and the convoys holding parts up at borders?? thanks again Boyd's we can't wait to have our truck back when it's done.

I am impressed with the service I received from Boyd Crowfoot and from Crowfoot Brake and Muffler. I took my vehicle in to have my catalytic converter replaced because I believed it was stolen and I had an insurance claim number in hand. Turns out the converter was not stolen - the would be thieves only managed to saw part way through it before they were interrupted by my spouse (kudos to her for her quick action in the middle of the night too). We will be keeping the phone handy in future to call the police if we see the culprits come back. I assumed it was gone because it made such a loud noise when I drove it around the block after the incident. Boyd Auto and Crowfoot Muffler fixed the crack in the converter by doing some welding. Was extremely pleased with the service and quality of the work done. At all stages it was explained to me what was being done. The manager was fantastic to deal with, and the car was returned to me I pristine condition. Highly recommended.

Extremely happy with the service provided! Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful from the front desk customer representative to the General Manager. The GM scheduled the body work for when it was most convenient for our family and over the holiday season, and they had the work done extremely quickly (quoted 4 days, finished in under 3 days). They made it a top priority to get our SUV back to us. The repair was well done, and the vehicle was cleaned when we picked it up! Highly recommend Boyd's Autobody shop!!!!

AMAZING Customer Service and FANTASTIC work on my vehicle. The entire process was a breeze. They set up rental and shuttle. Communication was great along the way and my vehicle was all washed and cleaned upon pick up! Nice touch! Will definitely recommend this place and be back if needed a Body Shop.

I really appreciate the time, effort and (Mike and staff) going out of their way to find my hard to find part in the USA versus having the insurance company provide compensation and me having to find it. I have been going to this location for some time now (2015?) and will continue going here while in the vicinity with the service they provide.
