This is my first experience with Boyd --- 1st class all the way! All of my concerns and questions were dealt with in a professional manner. The personnel at this location are top-rate. I would not hesitate to award them 10 out of 10. Special mention to Linda Laurie [office manager] and also to Mark Pekala [estimator]. A pleasant surprise was that my repaired vehicle was washed and detailed!!!

This was our 2nd time using Boyd in a short period of time. The staff was extremely friendly and we appreciated the weekly updates. They were able to answer any questions we had. I would recommend Boyd to my family in friends. We had a much better experience with you then other autobody companies that we have dealt with in the past.

The service was very professional and friendly, really nice staff. Promised phone calls regarding status of vehicle were actually followed though with. My vehicel was done when they said it would be and I was very happy with how it looked. thank you so much for detailing the entire vehicle, what a nice bonus! Customer service is so important, you guys did that very well. I hope not to have to be back but if I did, I would certainly come back to this location.

We were very impressed with the service and excellent repair on my car. Boyd arranged for our rental vehicle and we were picked up right at their door. Boyd did all the work with our insurance company and did all the necessary arrangements. It made having our car repaired a painless experience after the trauma of a collision. We will highly recommend Boyd Auto and Glass to our friends and relatives. Hopefully we will not need their services again but if we do, there is no question that we will choose this company for the repairs. Thanks to all who worked on our car.

Have taken my Dodge Nitro in for repairs after setting up an appointment over the phone. The customer service was great in dealing with the paper-work, the car-rental company ( Boyd took care of that too, in collaboration with my insurance company), the initial inspection of the car and the final inspection after the repairs. The manager, Deanna Sullivan has gone the extra mile on ordering a small plastic part that did not fit back on the rear wipper blade after the repairs and personally put it on when I went back to pick it up. There were no misunderstandings, no extra calls, no wasted time...everything was done with professionalism and with a great attitude. The car was cleaned inside out and spotless when I went to pick it up after the repairs. The color match was as good as it gets, and the the allignment of the rear door was ... perfect.
