Drew and the folks at Boyd ROCK!!! I was in a car accident, rear ended, which left me with physical injuries that I'm still working through. Even though the damage to my car was minimal (you wouldn't even know I was in an accident), I needed to have it properly looked at and repaired. So, I filed a claim the same day of the accident and began the process of walking through this difficult situation as I've never been in a car accident before. When I came to Boyd for the initial assessment of my car and subsequent estimate, Drew Turnbull took a look and captured pictures of the damage. He was professional, friendly, and very understanding about my situation. He was also very reassuring in that Boyd could handle and repair my car. That was a huge weight off my shoulders as I was, and still am, dealing with my physical healing. I am truly ... thankful and grateful to God that Drew and the folks at Boyd were there to help me along. It was a wonderful and delightful experience to deal with everyone at Boyd, Edmonton Trail, Calgary. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision or glass repair. One of the highlights? THEY CLEANED THE INSIDE OF MY CAR BEFORE I CAME TO PICK IT UP!!!!!!!!!! They must have known I'm a procrastinator when it comes to that! LOL Thanks Boyd!!! We were very pleased with Boyd! They were efficient, friendly, and thorough. They carefully assessed the damage to our car, explained the repair process, and kept in touch on a regular basis. Ultimately, they just did a really great job. While we hope not to need their services again (we wouldn't want to be rear-ended again!), we would return to them for future repairs. We should add that our claim was handled entirely by our insurance company (we were not at fault for the damage, and we did not have to pay for the deductible). The process between Boyd, the insurance company, and the car rental company was seamless. It made what could have been a very stressful situation relatively pleasant. Thanks!

On one of my vehicle expectations at Brasso Nissan they noted a rusted out hole In the front passenger side floor panel. Brasso requested me go and get an estimate From an Auto Body Shop. I told Brasso that I had dealt with Boyd’s Auto Body for Two previous auto accidents which Boyd’s Auto Body took care of, and which I Was very pleased with the service I had received. Boyd’s Auto Body did an estimate which was faxed to Brasso Nissan at Deerfoot Meadows. My vehicle was booked in at Boyd’s Auto Body for work to start on July 8th 2013. My vehicle was ready for delivery or pick up by Thursday, July 11th 2013. I have to say without a doubt I have always experience 1st class service from Boyd’s Auto Body From coming in for an estimate, customer service, your mechanics, and your staff handle themselves With great professionalism.
