The service was excellent. I was in for the estimate, drop off and pick up. Each time, the staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. I was in and out in no time at all. The staff on the phone lines were also very helpful and friendly.

We are really happy with the work Boyd Autobody did fixing the hit and run damage in side of our car. On the other hand, I don't know what happened on Monday after they called us in the morning to let us know that the car would be ready later that day and they would call us back when we can pick it up. We didn't get the call till Wednesday. Would have been nice if they had called us to let us know it wasn't going to be ready on Monday. Customer service was really pleasant and professional. We would go back there if we need work done in our vehicles.

This was the 2nd time Boyd's repaired my rear bumper and once again I was VERY impressed with the service provided. They kept me up-dated on the progress of the repair and made arrangements for Enterprise staff to pick me up for the loaner. My car was ready when they said it would be and the estimated cost was very close to the final price. Friendly staff and excellent results.Thanks so much.
