"I called in to get a rear window replaced... The quote was almost 500 dollars, then told i cant get in for at least 2 weeks. I called crystal glass and was quoted 300 - appointment one hour later. While at crystal I got a call from alta glass who quoted me 220... Crystal matched it on the spot. I can't understand why you guys are booked for 2 weeks at your rip off prices, I for one will never spend so much as a red penny at your store, and I am going to make sure everyone I know does not either. You should change your slogan to "insist on Boyd, if you like paying out your ass." Sincerely, Dave Hadikin"

Took awhile to book the vehicle in, but it was ready exactly when I was told it would be, and it was even nicely detailed inside when I went to pick it up. Nice touch. I also appreciated the progress calls I got detailing where they were at with the repairs. I would definitely recommend!
