My experience at Boyd in Brandon was absolutely incredible! Brianne was so great to communicate with regarding my appointment, even when it had to be moved to a different day. I called ahead and asked if they could replace a burnt out turning signal bulb while my car was there and they said it would be no problem. Well, they didn't end up charging me for that bulb or labor to do so. Then, when I got to my car it was all freshly washed.... INSIDE TOO!!!! They cleaned my floor mats and dusted off the dash. Even throwing out the bit of garbage on the floor of the backseat! I am so impressed with the service I received, I will absolutely be recommending people there.

Had my 2012 Toyota Camry right front bumper damaged on a collision (my daughter was driving) repaired I this autobody shop. I'm so glad that they replaced both headlights although the driver side wasn't damaged. 10 star rating for a job well done! ??

I hate to give another review that means I hit another deer. When you think the service could not get better than last time I am amazed that Brianne, Bev and Brad were absolutely incredible. We bypassed MPI and went directly to Boyd as they are Direct Repair certified. All I can say is Super Service

When it comes to customer service we discovered a jem in Brandon at Boyd Auto Body. Breanne and Bev are incredible we were kept up to date on all aspects of our vehicle repair and rental vehicle. We have never been treated with such professionalism for a long time. And the work on the vehicle was first class. We would recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body repair.

Friendly and professional service. Kept us informed of the progress on the car with several phone calls. Let us know about the lower cost of using MPI insurance rather than the car rental company insurance to lower the deductible on the rental car. Made it very clear that we would need to pay our deductible before picking up the car as MPI had not yet determined liability. We would use Boyd again in the future.

The front desk staff were very knowledgeable about the repairs required and pleasant to talk with, they had a rental SUV lined up for me when I arrived to drop my off my SUV. It only took 2 days to complete the work required and a job well done. My interactions with the staff was quick and delightful and they had me on my way quickly. Thanks for the great service.
