FYI My insurance company is Canadian Northern Shield which you do not have listed nor was I able to enter it manually. I dealt with your estimator, Jon R., exclusively. He is an excellent representative of your company. Jon managed my expectations throughout the whole process which included saving my vehicle from a "right off" designation. Through diligence and perseverance Jon and his crew were able to outsource a mixture of used and OEM parts that came to within $10.00 of the insurance company's threshold. Rec'd. claim # from insce. Co. Mon, Mar.16th - called Boyd - took vehicle in on Tues.Mar.17th . I was really upset with myself re: the damage I had done to my van - Navin L. treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. He understood how important this vehicle is to me despite it's age. Navin convinced the insce. Co. the vehicle is low mileage and has been cared for - therefor worth repairing. I am truly grateful he went that extra mile. He also arranged for a replacement vehicle with no delay. Darcy H. made me feel much better about my accident - told me they were in the business of repairing vehicles AND damaged egos.. He knows his business! I had my van back - perfectly repaired on Friday afternoon. Such good service ! I want to thank as well, the technicians in the back, who, it would seem are very good at their jobs and probably ... don't get a lot of recognician. Great customer service, wasn't put off by the fact I was paying repairs instead of insurace company, which seemed to be the case with your Big name competitor(s). Worked with me on what I wanted done, car was in and out on schedule and budget. Car looks great inside and out, 7 year old low mileage vehicle is now the nicest looking car in my parking lot, lots of compliments!! Thanks again to Paulo and staff.

Again, I had a fantastic experience as I was taken care of by both Robin and Gale at the Marine Drive Boyd location. I had professional service from both of these gentlemen. I felt very well taken care of. Despite being in an accident, the repairs on my car were done quickly and the process was stress free. I recommend Boyd to all of my friends and family because of the caring nature of the people who work there! Thank you to Robin and Gale for providing such excellent service!

This is my second visit to this particular shop (2 hit & runs!). Nothing has changed from the last time. I am treated with respect, and professionalism with a healthy dose of humour. Chris in particular is amazing! He maintains contact with you to ensure you are up to date on the status of your vehicle, explains the process in detail and is extremely accommodating. He even stayed late so I could drop off my key. When I got the car back it looked better than new! Meticulously repaired and even detailed! I was completely satisfied with my experience at this shop and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone I know. I just hope that I don't need them again!
