Everyone at the office I talked to were friendly and helpful answering my questions. My car was turned around very quickly and when I picked up the car was detailed inside and out and looked new again.

No collision claim in 25 years of residing and driving in BC. Within a week and half, my sons' car and my car were both involved in separate fender benders. Larry and his team at Boyd Autobody in Abbotsford were awesome; loaner car provided while my sons' car was being fixed, and I was able to leave the rental car at Boyd when my car was ready. Both cars were returned in spotless condition and all of the insurance paperwork was handled. Fantastic customer service! Of course I hope I won't have another collision claim anytime soon, but if I do, I'll go right to Boyd.

I had some moisture in the headlight compartments which I had been meaning to have it fixed for a while but I didn't know where to go. I work in Richmond and I drive pass by Boyd all the time, so I decided to give them a try. The service was great. The technician had a busy day and nearing the end of his shift, but he gladly took my car in right away for service and not only did a great job restoring the headlights but gave my car a nice wash also. Thank you for the great service!

I was very pleased and impressed with the service I received from your staff at the Victoria location . Assistant Manager, Jon R. was able to get the repairs done a full day before the promised due date which not only saved car rental costs, but allowed me to have my car available for a trip up Island earlier than planned. The car was washed & cleaned inside & out which was totally unexpected and much appreciated. You have a very good team at that location. Thank you, to Jon & all others involved.

Went to the Landmark way in Langley, they gave great customer service and they really do care about their customers. They saved us our deductible and just had to buff the back side of our Van and brought it back with a great smile and were told to have a great weekend. I would recommend them to everyone. Terry and his team made our experience a great one.

Excellent service. Everyone was very friendly. Especially Samantha went above and beyond by staying longer waiting for me to pick up my car when the service was done as I was not done with work and location would close by the time I finish work. Definitely will recommend to others.

Amazing service. Had a small chip on my windshield on the Honda Civic. Samantha Tan has the best customer service skills and was very very polite, courteous and helpful. She had the chip repaired at no charge at all and in no time. Will for sure recommend them again and will certainly visit them for more service. Thank you to all the people there for a fast, friendly and a wonderful experience. Totally satisfied.

I needed my remote-controlled passenger side mirror replaced quickly....walked into your recommended shop....and was overwhelmed by the incredible service...Within minutes my repair was arranged...and by the end of the day all was completed, at a very comfortable fee...friendly and professional attitudes by both managers.....made it all so easy...I would never even consider another repair shop.
