KRIS K. was fantastic! The whole process of getting the car repaired was one of the smoothest we've ever had. You know how you usually get unpleasant surprises with repair estimates - NONE of those here. NO HIDDEN COSTS whatsoever . These guys are polite, thorough, and absolutely deserve a gold medal! We won't even think of going elsewhere next time (though we hope it never comes tot hat). thanks again

I had a meeting with a large pillar in an underground parking spot and the driver's side bumper needed some repair. I paid a visit to Boyd Autobody and found Wendy S. in Administration most helpful. After an immediate inspection on my vehicle, Chris and Jamie explained the procedure to make my car look brand new. The next morning I took my car in and a loaner was supplied to me. My car was washed pre and post its repair and even the insides were detailed. What a great group of professionally dedicated folks at Boyd. I will definitely recommend BOYD AUTOBODY & GLASS to all of my friends and acquaintances. Thank you so very much for a job well done!!!

I recently took my car into Boyd Autobody on 3rd Ave in New West for a chip in my windshield. Staff was friendly and immediately took my car in for repair. After about 15 minutes the chip in my windshield was virtually invisible and I was on my way. I had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend going to Boyd Autobody in New Westminster. Great job!

We've taken our car to the New West Boyd for several fixes over the years and have always had great customer service and workmanship. But I wanted to say thanks for my most recent experience. I recently stopped by, without an apointment and with my 6 month baby in tow, to see about having a chip in our windshield repaired. The fellow there was able to fill it right away and generously comp'd the service for me. Most appreciated! We'll be sure to use Boyd when we need future work done. Thanks again.
