I recently took my car into Boyd Autobody on 3rd Ave in New West for a chip in my windshield. Staff was friendly and immediately took my car in for repair. After about 15 minutes the chip in my windshield was virtually invisible and I was on my way. I had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend going to Boyd Autobody in New Westminster. Great job!

We've taken our car to the New West Boyd for several fixes over the years and have always had great customer service and workmanship. But I wanted to say thanks for my most recent experience. I recently stopped by, without an apointment and with my 6 month baby in tow, to see about having a chip in our windshield repaired. The fellow there was able to fill it right away and generously comp'd the service for me. Most appreciated! We'll be sure to use Boyd when we need future work done. Thanks again.

Boyd Auto Body and Glass on West 73rd in Vancouver ..I took my van in to Boyd Auto Body after someone keyed my van on two doors. Their service was great(two day turn around), and even delivered my van to a mechanical shop for me for Brake work after my auto body work was finished, Friendly staff, with Robin S. (Mgr) and his team, made me feel appreciated, and important as a customer. My van was cleaner that it ever has been (inside and out) after my repair at Boyd Auto Body. Boyd Richmond has exceptional service. The staffs are really accomodating to my wishes. They went above and beyond to service my vehicle. The car is immaculate and pristine looking during the pickup. Additionally, I was constantly notified and informed of the status of the repairs. Excellent work Boyd and thanks very much!! This was my first repair from a collision and Boyd helped me through the process which made it completely easy, convenient and hassle-free! Tony, who speaks Cantonese and is super attentive and caring, took care of everything and is most appreciated because of his follow-up. He would call to keep me posted on progress and even after I got my car back to make sure everything was OK. I highly recommend Boyd for any servicing or repairs.

There is nothing more frustrating that having to get body work done on a car. I've been going to Boyd for several years and everytime they are the quick, reliable, and they do the work nothing short of excellent! The pleasant staff, Rose in particular, always makes sure that I am taken care of. Highly recommend this company and location.

Appreciate the professional service Lawrence gave me. This was my first (hopefully last) collision and Lawrence was very patient with my questions. The bumper looks great, can't see any sign of damage.
