Service was completed in the estimated time. Car was beautifully clean and paperwork was all completed when I arrived. This was a VERY different experience than I had had taking my vehicle to Craftsman Collision about a year ago as everything went wrong and they wasted a lot of my time. I would highly recommend this Boyd location.

The service I received on my 2013 Lexus was outstanding. The staff is professional, helpful, honest and friendly. From the moment I arrived Gale Mandla ensured my car could be repaired and as quickly as possible. The driver's side of my vehicle was covered in bright yellow road paint...it was an absolute mess. I was delighted with the work Boyd's completed on my car. It was perfect! Thank you so much!

My vehicle was broken into this a.m./windshield was broken and a few things gone as well. One of the gals on the picket line with me (teacher's strike) highly recommended your company to me and this location ,as above. The service was 100% plus provided to me.Darryl helped me at first and then Veronica assisted me when I returned to get my car. A taxi ride back home and back again was provided. They even washed my car. I cannot believe the professionalism with this team!! Veronica was extremely helpful to me making several calls for me related to the break in. I will most certainly recommend this location to anyone that needs these services. If there is any kind of loyalty provided by you I recommend this location and the staff. Keep up the great service!! I have been living in Canada for 22 years and this was the most unprecedented service I have received in this country. The staff are very friendly and professional. They took my car right away without an appointment and a rent-a-car came within 5 minutes! My car came back as good as new, fully washed inside and outside.
