I received exceptional service from the moment I contacted Boyd. I was unable to obatain a rental car because of the time of year but Samantha at Boyd went out her way in helping me find a vehicle at another car rental company. They even came to pick me up and take me to pick up the car. This type of customer service was not expected but greatly appreciated. The work done on my car was also exceptional. My car looked brand new after they fixed the damage. I would definitely recommend Boyd!

Thank you! I was very thankful for the excellent service I received. The staff was very friendly, helpful, honest and efficient. I was able to quickly get my car fixed and looking brand new again. It felt really great to walk into the store and feel really taken care of by true professionals. I would definitely reccomend this to others in need of auto body work.

I would highly recommend this location. My repair was completed quickly, on time and the quality of workmanship in excellent. There is absolutely no sign that there ever was a scratch. I pick up my sons truck today and all I can say is WOW. The truck looks brand-new it was completely detailed. and I don't think I've ever seen this truck so clean! Being new to town, a parent to two small kids, and a victim of a hit and run, I wasn't looking forward to the hassle of getting our front bumper repaired (Corolla 2006). However, from the moment I called to when I first walked into the shop, I was impressed with the professional and friendly service. The repair was completed in a couple of days and the car was detailed inside and out . The staff member's quote for an unrelated window repair was accurate and I feel secure with their lifetime guarantee. I was amazed they even removed the burned on film on the headlights. Like new! Thank you!!

Great experience at Boyd Autobody in New Westminster. Friendly courteous receptionist who got all the paperwork in order super fast. Terry did a great job getting my Jeep back in proper order, the results looked better than when I bought the wagon. Hopefully I won't need these services again but if I do Boyd will be the first call I make.

I was very impressed with the quality, speedy service of Boyd's Autobody. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They had my car looking brand new and they even vacuumed my car for me! I will definitely return if I need their services again.
