I pick up my sons truck today and all I can say is WOW. The truck looks brand-new it was completely detailed. and I don't think I've ever seen this truck so clean! Scott and his team did a fantastic job and kept us up-to-date on all the repairs throughout the job. Big thanks to Scott and his team I'll recommend Boyd to all my friends.:)

Being new to town, a parent to two small kids, and a victim of a hit and run, I wasn't looking forward to the hassle of getting our front bumper repaired (Corolla 2006). However, from the moment I called to when I first walked into the shop, I was impressed with the professional and friendly service. The repair was completed in a couple of days and the car was detailed inside and out . The staff member's quote for an unrelated window repair was accurate and I feel secure with their lifetime guarantee. I was amazed they even removed the burned on film on the headlights. Like new! Thank you!!

Great experience at Boyd Autobody in New Westminster. Friendly courteous receptionist who got all the paperwork in order super fast. Terry did a great job getting my Jeep back in proper order, the results looked better than when I bought the wagon. Hopefully I won't need these services again but if I do Boyd will be the first call I make.

I was very impressed with the quality, speedy service of Boyd's Autobody. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They had my car looking brand new and they even vacuumed my car for me! I will definitely return if I need their services again.

Had a huge dent in my bumper, but Joseph and the guys at Boyd Autobody in Richmond provided me with excellent service and had my car fixed up and ready to go ahead of schedule. They also took care of all the ICBC paperwork, so it was completely hassle-free. Definitely would recommend these guys!

Hi I just wanted to give a pat on the back to the Operations Manager Kris K. at the Sooke Road location in Victoria BC. He dealt with an issue I had with my sunroof, paint job and not so great customer service at the Johns Street location. He handle it swiftly, and got my trust back with Boyd auto body. He was professional, and very apologetic, the issues I had with the other shop. He stepped up and made sure I was a happy customer. Again I would like to give a shout out to him. Thank you.
