I had called a few places to obtain quotes for a rear passenger window replacement for a 1994 Mercury Topaz after someone had broken into my vehicle. Being an older car, and also being a Master's student, I was looking for the most sensible option, without compromising quality. After obtaining a few quotes, I was fortunate enough to call Robin at the Vancouver location. He took a look at my car, and went to find a used window (looks brand new) and replaced it a few days later. The service was exceptional, prompt and very friendly. I would definitely go back and recommend the location!

The ONE person/organization I can recommend throughout this ordeal is Robin Soni and his team at Boyd Autobody & Glass. His team has been the only participant in this sordid saga to show any level of professionalism, compassion and effort in regards to our situation. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts and abilities during this situation. Very smooth customer service experience. Dropped by on a whim late on Friday to just enquire about the process and logistics for my vehicle windshield, pictures taken and submitted, approved within minutes, appointment made for first thing Monday morning, got a nice courtesy car, and I was back in my own car with a new windshield by early afternoon. You guys did a fantastic job repairing my car! I had been to your body shop once already, and thought you guys had done a terrific job, so I decided to come back when my car was in another accident. You had convenient hours for me to come by, and even opened back up for me when I arrived at closing! You made sure to take a good look at my car and get to know what concerns I had, so that you could do your best job repairing the damage. Finally, you made sure my car looked good as new. Great Job! I would highly recommend Boyd AutoBody & Glass in Abbotsford BC for collision repairs. They were friendly and efficient and quickly repairing my car, providing an excellent courtesy car. I was amazed at how good it looked-perfect paint match and as smooth as new. They had cleaned my car inside and out, even the vents! Very impressed but a little embarrassed as it was way over due for a cleaning! All in all I was very pleased and would definitely use them again, though I hope not to have to, Thank you.
